Please read the page from Jesse’s letter once more taking particular note of his statement: “…this is the first time I have mentioned on paper this man’s name:  Herb Wolff”…along with the Col. and Howard Hughes…and some other very loyal people whose help I needed to pull this off.” 

I have often wondered who Herb Wolff was but have been unable to find any reference to him in my searches.  I am sure there are others out there who do know who he is/ was…but not I.  You may see how difficult it is to find anything about Mr. Herb Wolff by doing the Internet searches yourself.  There are other people with the same name…but not this man who was associated with Howard Hughes.

A good friend, Deb, sent me a video today of a lecture being given by one of the co-authors of the book BOXES about which I have written above and earlier.

The lecture is most interesting and I will include the link to that video as well momentarily.  But, the most important item which I am so very eager to share is another video of a gentleman who actually worked for Howard Hughes.  In the very opening of this gentleman’s statement, you will hear him tell about being contacted by Herb Wolff and that he managed Howard Hughes’s ranch in Nevada.  

This is so very important in once again substantiating what Jesse wrote in his book and of course further proof that Jesse is Elvis.  As I have explained earlier Howard Hughes, as the world knew him, died in April 1976, but Jesse said that Mr. Hughes helped him pull off his public “death” in 1977.  Only someone of Elvis’s clout and connections would have known that Howard Hughes was still alive in 1977…much less have mentioned Herb Wolff and Howard Hughes together in the same paragraph as having helped him.

I am so weary of trying to explain things in such a way that the critics cannot tear it apart.  So, I will say only just go back and read the page from Jesse’s letter above and then listen to this gentlemen’s statement in which he mentions that Herb Wolff ran a ranch for Howard Hughes.

Below is the link to a video of a speech given by the co-author of the book, who also is the gentleman who was close friends with Eva McClelland who was the wife of Howard Hughes after he had the derelict replace him in the public eye and whose death was later announced as being the death of Howard Hughes in April, 1976.  Eva’s story as recounted in the book BOXESis so very interesting and certainly gives an account of Howard Hughes that only someone very close to him for their long marriage could give.

Once more, I strongly recommend this book to everyone…simply because it so strongly supports what Elvis did to become Jesse and to ramain on ths earth with all of us who love him so much.

I ask only that each visitor takes the time to go back and read what Jesse wrote about those who helped him to pull it off in 1977 and fully appreciate the fact that he did give the names of some of those who helped him to do so.

You see, Col. Parker passed away in January, 1997 which would explain the fact that Jesse felt more at ease speaking of the Col’s part in the “death” of Elvis when he began writing to Dr. Hinton for the book around 1998.  Also, the book was not to have been published until after Elvis/Jesse’s actual death initially.  I know that Jesse would not have wanted to cause any media attention to Col. Parker about the plan which they carried out.  However, please do remember that it has been reported by several that in a local CA TV morning show interview, Col. Parker stated “Elvis wanted a way out and I showed him how to do it.”  This was back in the very late 80’s after Gail Brewer-Giorgio’s book became the talk of the day.  I believe that on that particular day, the Col. thought “the jig was up”.  Fortunately, that was not the case and it all blew over for the most part.

A friend has also written me that he has read that a private conversation between the Col. and Elvis was heard in which the Col. said something to Elvis like:  “I got you into this, Son, and I’ll get you out.”  I have no written proof of this conversation, but knowing all that I do, I certainly can imagine such a statement being made by Col. Parker to Elvis.

I wish to express my thanks to everyone who posted their Easter Greetings to Jesse on the message board.  I have left it up for several extra days so others had the chance to add their messages.

I have just finished printing off the messages entered since Monday, April 18th and will be putting them in the mail to Jesse tomorrow morning.

I am certain that he will enjoy reading all of them very much.

I also want to thank those who despise me and my web site for staying off of the greetings board.  I only had to remove one message the entire time the board has been up.

I want to say to everyone who lives in the areas which were so devastated by the tornadoes that my heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with those people.  May God comfort and heal them from their losses.   I have spoken by phone with a good friend who was only a very short distance from the town of Tuscaloosa which was destroyed and he and his family are all OK.  I have received Emails from others who live in Alabama and, thankfully, they too are OK.

I visited Larry Geller’s MySpace page for the first time a few minutes ago and I want to recommend it to everyone.  On there you may watch several very good interviews with Larry which I thoroughly enjoyed.  As always, I wholeheartedly recommend everything done by Larry.  He is a beautiful soul who shares the very essence of Elvis with all of us.  Bless his heart.

A friend told me recently that one of the tabloids had a front page story about “The last days of....” and Jerry Lee was one of those written up in the article.  It was a very sad account of his life now.  So, when I saw the below article, I felt good that, once again, the tabloid story may have been wrong.

This article will revolve around Ellen Marie Foster about whom I wrote previously. To refresh the memory of everyone, please refer to my previous Current News and Events Page 7 article in which I presented copies of excerpts from several letters written to me by Pat E. who had been personal friends with Ms. Foster.

I never knew that there was a debate about the actual existence of Ms. Foster until a friend wrote telling me this shortly after my first article was displayed.

Today, I am going to present copies from a book titled Elvis and Gladys by Elaine Dundy. This is one of the best books about Elvis that I have ever read and I highly recommend it to anyone who is able to locate a copy.

First of all I will show pages from the book concerning Ellen Marie Foster. You will see in these pages that my account of having photographed the ring and the letter written by Ms. Foster during one of our trips to Graceland is true….there is a report of the ring and letter being on display there in the museum.

This first excerpt is from page #331 and the second excerpt below is from page 332. I apologize that my scanner copied one page as black and white and the second page differently…but since the type is clear in both, I did not scan again to change the color of the paper.

And now, I turn to some very interesting facts concerning Elvis’s/Jesse’s trust in the tenets of Numerology…also found in Ms. Dundy’s book.

In the following excerpt from Ms. Dundy’s book (from the top of page #331) you will be amazed, I am sure, to read of the many August 15 events and the immense significance that date held in his life. But, the 16th was (in Elvis’s/Jesse’s own words) “that perfect date“. Here she touches briefly on Elvis’s strong interest in Numerology. Please remember that this is still a very strong interest and influence in his life and in his decision making.

Anyone with an interest in, and understanding of, Numerology will be stunned to look back over Elvis/Jesse’s life and note the amazing occurence of numbers in his life. Even his funeral was held on the 18th…the number 9 again.

 

 

Jesse has expressed an emphasis on the number 24 and the reverse of that number 42pertaining to the age and date of his “death“. Below you will see once more (in the excerpt from Page #333 of Ms. Dundy’s book) another instance of the relevance of the number 42 in his life…another reason why he chose to leave us at the age of 42. For those who have not been told this before, the digits in the date of his “death” (when calculated by Numerology) equal the number 24.

This is accomplished by taking the number 8 from the month, adding the digits of the day together also reduces to 8, and the year first reduces to 24…so as one can tell that date equalsone times 8, 2 times 8, and 3 times 8. When added together the result is 24 which is three times 8. So there you have the year itself equaling 24 and the end result of the entire date resulting in the number 24. In Cheiro’s Book of Numbers one may read that the meaning of the number24 and the number 42 are the same. Elvis’s age at the time of his death was, of course, 42. This may be a little complicated to follow…but it is certainly worth the effort. Once more, the numbers 24 and 42 are stressed by Jesse.

When one looks up the meaning of the 24 and 42 in Cheiro’s Book of Numbers, it absolutely describes “the perfect day“…8-16-1977. Please read the excerpt from Cheiro’s below and see that it truly was “the perfect day” for Elvis to carry out his plans to leave and become Jesse.

While I have added other articles pertaining to numbers in Elvis/Jesse’s life on other Current News and Events pages, I have not always gone back to my original page to make additions or edits.

Below you will see the two excerpts from Cheiro’s Book of Numbers explaining the meaning of 24 and 42.

 

As you can see the #24 was completely in harmony with Elvis’ plan for that day. The first words of this just give me chills….”assistance and association of those of rank and position with one’s plans”…”favorable number when it comes out in relation to future events”. This was truly a date with God’s blessings upon it for Elvis.

Also, refer back to the written words of Elvis/Jesse above in which he points out the significance of the date of birth and the date of death as it relates to his having been born a twin.

Then we have the number 42 (Elvis’ age) below: as you will see, it is simply the reverse of 24 and has the same meaning as the 24. Therefore it denotes all of the favorable aspects of the above written facts about 24.

 

And at last….here is the page from Ms. Dundy’s book with the facts about Glady’s age at the time of her death and the significance of 42 in that respect.

 

Once more, for those who may have missed it on earlier pages of my site, here is the copy (from my copy of the rough draft of his book) of Elvis’s/Jesse’s handwritten introduction to his book in which he emphasizes several times the immense importance of Numerology and “the perfect day“. Take note of the numbers 24 and 42 in his introduction.

Below is more evidence to support the fact that there actually was a lady named Ellen Marie Foster who was friends with Elvis both before 1977 and probably after 1977.

I have been re-reading about her in Gail Brewer-Giorgio’s book The Elvis Files – Was His Death Faked? which was published in 1990. In chapters 7 and 8 of her book, Gail goes into great detail about the possible origins of the 1981 tape of Elvis’s phone conversations with the person who I feel pretty certain was Ellen Marie Foster. This is the speaking tape which came out with Gail’s book in 1988 Is Elvis Alive?

Gail addresses the various possibilities of the origin of this tape including that of it being from Ms. Foster. The interesting thing is that Ms. Foster was telling her good friend Pat E. (the same friend who shared some of Ms. Foster’s letters to her with me…as shown in my earlier article about Ms. Foster) that she was speaking with Elvis and that he was Sivle. (Elvis spelled backward…just as Gene Smith said that Elvis was known to do). The tape had been shared by Ms. Foster with others saying it was Elvis. She had gotten involved with Chanzes and Crown in Florida.

Long story short, Ms. Foster later began writing to her friend, Pat E. saying that Elvis was dead and that she had gotten involved with the FBI and Elvis’s attorney Beecher Smith, etc. Then Ms. Foster just disappeared. She supposedly died suddenly. I can certainly see why Pat was not at all sure that Ms. Foster had truly died rather than being taken somewhere safer.

Ms. Foster’s very detailed letters to Pat E. spelled out that Elvis was alive and she was speaking with him on the phone. So, it is very suspicious that she did a complete 180 and said she was working with the FBI, etc. It was almost as if Ms. Foster realized that she had told too much and started backpedaling shortly before she suddenly lost contact with Pat E.

My personal opinion is that the voice on the tape which accompanied Gail’s 1988 book is absolutely Elvis. Gail had the tape voice authenticated by a Texas law enforcement agency (using some of the Watergate techniques) and they determined that the voice on the tape and the known voice of Elvis Presley are “one and the same“.

Below is a copy of a magazine article from Gail’s book The Elvis Files – Was His Death Faked? I concur completely with the author of this article:

I EMPHASIZE ONCE AGAIN THAT I HAVE NEVER ASKED JESSE IF IT IS HIM SPEAKING ON THIS TAPE. I DON’T NEED TO ASK. I HAVE NO REASON TO PRY. BUT, I WILL SAY THAT AT LEAST ONE THING WHICH ELVIS SAID ON THIS TAPE ALSO EXPRESSES, IN DIFFERENT WORDS, A CONCERN WHICH JESSE EXPRESSED TO ME IN ONE OF OUR CONVERSATIONS MANY YEARS AGO.

The following from Gail’s book gives some more history of Ellen Marie Foster and the tape which accompanied Gail’s book IS ELVIS ALIVE?

While I have never known everything about the Chanzes and Crown episode and have forgotten much of what I did know 20+ years ago, I do know that their credibility was suspect and I think that one of them…probably Chanzes later came out and claimed that it was a scam. I do have to wonder why he did that after such a long time, though, if my memory is correct regarding the timing.

For those who wish to read the entire chapter regarding Sivle and Ellen Marie Foster, I do recommend Gail’s book. I know of no new copies of this book available in bookstores, etc. However, I have seen some copies for sale on Amazon.com and other Internet stores.

I want to emphasize again that I AM NOT DISRESPECTING ELVIS’S WISH THAT GAIL MAKES NO MORE MONEY OFF OF HIS NAME. I ABSOLUTELY WANT TO ALWAYS ABIDE BY HIS WISHES. BUT, AS I HAVE POINTED OUT PREVIOUSLY, BY BUYING USED COPIES OF THE BOOK FROM THIRD PARTIES, GAIL IS MAKING NO FURTHER MONEY FROM THE SALE OF THIS BOOK WHICH I NOW BELIEVE TO BE OUT OF PRINT.

I certainly do not agree with everything written by Gail. But, she did a lot of very thorough investigating into these two topics of Sivle and Ms. Foster and her writing on these topics is very informative to those who want to read all of the pros and cons and make up their own minds…which I always encourage my visitors to do.

I feel bad for Gail in that she was always a very good friend to me during the late 80’s through the very early 90’s…until I became friends with Elvis himself. Were it not for Gail and all of her hard work, I would not know Jesse now.

In closing, below is another brief excerpt from Gail’s book proving that I was truthful in the article which I posted about my friendship with Pat E. who was close friends with Ellen Marie Foster:

Below is a copy of the front of Gail’s book for those who do wish to search for a copy of it. If one can locate a copy of the book with the audio tape attached, that will be a very special treat because this 2nd tape is of the call which Gail received from Elvis in Oct. 1988. This is the call which Gene Smith later verified to Gail as definitely being Elvis. This is the call in which Elvis told Gail that he would send her some ammunition. He fulfilled this promise when he had Gene Smith call Gail on Palm Sunday the next spring. Gene told Gail that if she had the handwriting on the death report analyzed, it would prove that Elvis filled out his own death report. Gene then, after checking, got back to Gail and agreed to go to CA to film his statement about the fact that he knew it was not Elvis’s body in the coffin.

MONDAY MAY 2, 2011 – FOOTNOTE TO THE ABOVE:

Ellen Marie Foster did write to Pat E. that Charlie Hodge was suing Chanzes and Crown and I do recall that it was reported in other places that Charlie was suing them.

The following is my opinion regarding them. I believe that Ellen Marie Foster did record the phone conversations with Elvis in 1981 and that she gave the tape(s) to Chanzes and Crown who she trusted at the time. Later when Chanzes wrote the book and sold her tape for $85.00, she felt that he had betrayed her and Elvis and that was when she joined forces with Beecher Smith and the FBI.

Ms. Foster later wrote to Pat E. that the tape was Elvis but that it was stolen from Graceland. Below is the excerpt from Gail’s book showing that statement from a letter Ms. Foster wrote to Pat E.

The following excerpt from Gail’s book is from an earlier letter than the excerpt above and explains how Ellen Marie Foster received her first contact from Elvis after 1977:

I have a tape of the Sivle Nora songs and I have never arrived at a firm conclusion about whether they are really Elvis or not. I must say, though, that I do love the song “I Love A Rainy Night” and it does, indeed sound like Elvis…that song was written long after 8-16-1977 by Eddie Rabbit.

I will state, unequivocally, that if you are fortunate enough to obtain a copy of the 1981 taped conversation and a copy of the Oct. 1988 conversation with Gail that you certainly will not be disappointed. I have listened to and treasured these tapes since 1988 and my belief that both of the tapes are Elvis has never faltered for one second.

I did hear Gail’s Oct. 1988 tape in Gail’s own home long before she made it available with her book and I knew, the minute I heard it, that it is indeed Elvis…and then of course, later on Gene Smith told her that it was Elvis and followed through to help Gail. Of course, all of that was before Jesse changed his mind about Gail. I think it was the subsequent work that Gail did about the Operation Fountain Pen, etc. that caused him to change his mind.

Jesse has NEVER indicated to me that the plane fruad case had anything to do with the reasons that he left. As he wrote, he had orginally planned to leave in 1976 but chickened out.

Also, he chose the date to leave so methodically for many other reasons…many of them in sync with his Numerology calculations. The fact that the indictments of the participants in the plane fraud case were going to be handed down at the same time may have been a fortunate “coincidence”.

Gail wrote the two chapters relating to this topic in a very detailed and open manner. She was not attempting to prove that her tape was really Elvis or not. She just did an enormous amount of research and presented both the pros and cons about the tape. Just as I do on my web site, she just presented the facts and left it to the reader to form their own opinion.

In closing, I do want to explain one thing about myself and my 23 years of research and experience. I am not a crazed fan who has fallen for any of the so-called Elvis’s out there. I have checked into a few (early on) and dismissed every single one except Jesse. I have absolutely no interest in some of the pieces of evidence floating around. Many of these are just rumors which made the rounds…for instance; I don’t believe that Elvis left Graceland via a helicopter on August 16, 1977; Nor do I believe that he boarded a flight from Memphis on that day under the name Jon Burrows. There are other well known stories out there in which I have neither interest nor belief. I always stick to facts that I can ascertain as true.

Something else I wish to explain is my reasons for being so very devoted and adamant about Elvis being alive…never mind being Jesse which I KNOW to be true.

You see, I was so angered by the lies which those “close” to Elvis told after he left us. They all claimed to know every move he made. I set out to disprove their claims by proving that Elvis did not die and that they were so out of tune to him that they did not even know this one astounding fact.

It is a well known fact that Elvis supposedly spent weeks at a time upstairs at Graceland. No one was with him all of the time. Once he even let his hair grow white and came down stairs and surprised some of his people. There is a back entrance/exit from the upstairs…they have no way of knowing when he sneaked out. During one of my visits to Graceland, I saw a photo and caption displayed across the street at one of the exhibits saying something like “I’m not a recluse, I am just sneaky.” That is not verbatim…except for the “I am just sneaky” quote.

Wanda June Hill is so very respected and loved in the Elvis world because she was his close personal friend for 15 years. She has taped phone calls, letters and notes in his own handwriting, telephone bills showing her calls with him, etc. Yet she is, to this day, made fun of and denounced by those who say they knew every move Elvis made. They are so full of hog wash!!! They have no idea who he spoke with on the phone nor wrote notes and letters to during the days he was upstairs at neither Graceland nor any his other homes in CA.

Recently Wanda June Hill was referred to as “a cracked ceramic vase” by one of the Memphis Mafia. How childish and ridiculous for him to make this unkind remark about a very precious friend to Elvis.

I cannot strongly enough recommend everything which has been written and shared by Wanda June Hill. Her material means the world to me and she was the very same kind of friend to Elvis that I have become to Jesse. Loving, loyal and devoted. To this day, she does everything she possibly can to promote the truth about the kind of man Elvis was. Just as I do to prove what kind of man he still is as Jesse.

So, I am honored to be classified by some of Elvis’s former friends and associates as a “nut case” among other worse titles assigned to me. I am in very good company with Wanda June Hill.

Jesse communicates with me just as he did with her. He told me recently that in order to call me, he has to patch the calls through 3 phones. His letter writing is very restricted as well.

I also want to explain something else in very clear terms. The reason that Jesse cannot allow himself to be located and exposed is that he knows that he will be killed (“eliminated” is his term) should the fact that he is alive be proven for certain. I cannot name the entity behind this threat. But, if I could reveal this, everyone would have a light bulb moment and would completely understand his current situation. Thus he does not mind people “knowing” that he is alive as long as they don’t know his location.

The reason that he allows me to have this web site is because of the dear friend that he is to me and he wants me to be happy and enjoy what I am doing. He knows that I will NEVER reveal anything on here that could possibly lead anyone to find him. He also knows that, no matter how much evidence I provide, my site will never concretely PROVE that he is alive.

If he ever wants my site shut down, it will be gone in a flash. Just about every time I write to him and speak with him, I ask him if he wants anything taken off or if he wants me to shut down my site. I asked him this the last time we spoke two weeks ago and he said “No, you enjoy posting things.” He does not see my site other than the copies which I print off to send him almost weekly. He said that they want to “keep me antiquated“.

So, I hope what I have written above will perhaps answer a few questions about me and my motives. My heart and soul are devoted to Jesse and protecting him. I do enjoy sharing facts with the fans and I do hope that many of you do get a lot of pleasure from my site. Jesse still appreciates the fans and he has gotten a lot of pleasure out of reading your messages to him.

I am considering leaving a message board up permanently for all of you to write to him. I know the risks involved in doing so because of the trouble makers but I think it may be worth while to do so. This way he (and I) could know that my web site is meaningful to others…and, of course, more importantly for his enjoyment. I do still have the Easter greetings board up. I will decide soon about the permanent message board.

When I published my newsletter those many, many years ago in 1990-1991, I had a page titled “Notes to Elvis” and so it seems fitting that I would have a message board now titled “Messages to Jesse“.

Since I posted my recent article regarding Ellen Marie Foster which touched upon the topic of Sivle Nora, I have received some questions about the songs recorded by Sivle Nora (which of course is Elvis Aron spelled backward as Elvis himself did)…this fact was written about in Gene Smith’s book about which I have written on a page dedicated to Gene Smith @lindahoodsigmontruthofficialsite.com/page16. The album by Sivle Nora was associated with the 1981 speaking tape which I believe to be Elvis speaking with Ellen Marie Foster, as I reported earlier.

I have owned the cassette of the album for many years and I do love some of the songs on the album in particular. My favorite song on the album is “I Love A Rainy Night” which, of course, was written by Eddie Rabbitt long after August 16, 1977. I have located a YouTube of the song with visual of Elvis photos. I will be providing the link to this shortly.

Also, I am scanning the cover of the audio tape and will insert it below as well. You will see the front of the cassette cover as well as the back on which the songs are listed.

I see that there are other songs from this album on YouTube and you may find them if you search on YouTube for the song title with Sivle. One of the songs about which I received questions is “Loving You“. In this song, Sivle stops the song and makes a statement about President Reagan being shot. Many people believe that it is Elvis speaking and proving the date of the recording by mentioning the current event.

As well as I can recall, Maria Columbus (who was very well known and respected in the Elvis world for many, many years) also believed that the 1981 speaking tape and the Sivle Nora songs were Elvis. I was a member of Maria’s The Elvis Special. Later when I was publishing my own newsletter, Maria wrote and asked if I would like to exchange newsletters with her which I was most honored and glad to do. Maria eventually stopped her fan club and I lost contact with her. She appears in the interview tapes with Gail Brewer-Giorgio which I have shared on previous pages. I would love to re-establish contact with Maria, but I have been unable to locate her on Facebook, etc. I hope she is doing well.

Knowing all that I do, first hand, I do believe that it is probably Elvis at least on some of the songs if not all. I have not listened to the entire album in many years. I did copy “…Rainy Night” and “Loving You” onto a tape with some of my other favorite things by Elvis, which were recorded after 1977, and played them repeatedly in my car on my way to and from work…over and over. I never changed my mind about the singer nor the speaker.

Now, I want to share something which I feel my visitors should know. I try my very best to avoid controversy while still sharing the facts with my visitors. With that being said, I must interject something here that I don’t feel comfortable about doing…because people are so volatile. But, it is time that it is done:

Jon Cotner is NOT Elvis. PERIOD. Some people have been very hurt by this person’s actions and I don’t want to allow anyone else to be hurt. He has also been on the Internet using “Mystery Man” as his ID. I have been told that Jon Cotner is not his real name and a few less-than-desirable things about his past.

I have been told that Jon Cotner has even, at times, claimed that it is he on the Sivle Nora album.  I do not believe this because Jon Cotner only imitates Elvis and he could not have so closely matched Elvis’s voice on the song “I Love A Rainy Night”…a song written after 1977.

Secondly, on YouTube there are some more of Sivle Nora’s songs as well as several videos of Sivle (with his back to the camera) while he speaks and sings with one of the Chanzes and Crown guys. I haven’t watched these all the way through currently and I don’t recall which one of the guys the man in the video with Sivle is. It absolutely does sound like Elvis singing. But, it is not possible to even tell if the guy with his back to the camera is actually the person singing or if he is just a “cover” for Elvis. There is one video in which one of the guys is asking for the fans to join together to get the body exhumed.

I understand that Chanzes has changed his story so many times about the whole 1981 Elvis episode. I expect this is another case of giving out mis-information and mixed information in an effort to keep people from being able to decipher the truth from what they hear. Which is exactly what Ellen Marie Foster did in her letters to her close friend Pat. E. when things started to heat up. Also, it probably made Mr. Chanzes very skittish when there were law suits coming at him.

The reason that I am not going to display the above videos is because the owner of the videos is a man who has been unfair and unkind to me on message boards in the past.

But, if you search for “Sivle”, I am sure you will find the videos which I just described.

I am going to repeat myself about a lie/misconception which I have already refuted once before on this site. There are two “mug shot” type photos of Elvis which were taken during the visit in which he was presented an honorary police badge in Denver, Colorado. There is a web site which displays these photos as if they are part of something negative about Elvis and about Gail Brewer-Giorgio and Monte Nicholson. These photos of Elvis have absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with the story and yet they are displayed at the very top of the article titledThe Elvis Files.Once again here are the photos along with the title of the article: Elvis Revisited – Discovering Elvis The Elvis Files “The Elvis Files” is written by Gail B. Giorgio and Kevin Gershan. Produced by Melvin B. Bergman, Stan Corwin ,Laurette Healey, Paula Miller, and William M. Speckin. The original article (which carried the above photo including the caption) about Elvis being awarded the badge from another site ( www.elvis-collectors.com/candid-central/jail70.html) tells the story in a very disrespectful manner and says that Elvis was kissing women all day at the police department and that he had “the worst looking canker sore on his mouth that you ever saw“…blah, blah, blah. DOES ANYONE SEE A SORE ON ELVIS’S MOUTH IN THE ABOVE VERY CLOSE UP PHOTO????????

Good grief!!!! Why can’t a person write a legitimate account of an event in Elvis’s life without embellishing it to make themselves look bigger and Elvis smaller?

Jesse phoned me about an hour ago and we had such a nice long conversation this time. He is doing well.

He gave me two anecdotes which he gave me permission to post here on my site. These two things took place back stage in his dressing rooms after his shows. He says that his people who were with him back then will be shown that he is really Elvis if and when they read these two things.

The first anecdote is about Sammy Davis Jr. Jesse said that he loved Sammy. He said that when Sammy came to his dressing room that he laughed at things which Elvis said which were not really that funny….laughed as if they were hilarious. Jesse said that later on he and the boys would talk about the way Sammy laughed at those jokes which weren’t even funny.

The second anecdote is about Evel Knievel. He said that Evel Knievel was in the audience at the International Hotel and that he was brought back stage to meet Elvis in his dressing room…I think he said that Joe brought him back stage, but I am not certain he said that. He said that they sat around talking and that Evel compared himself to Elvis in stature. *I didn’t hear that part very clearly. I know that Jesse said that he did not mind people doing that. Jesse said that Evel tried to give him a gift of a walking cane but that he refused to accept it. Jesse didn’t say why he refused the cane.

Jesse told me, today, that there is a 30 second video of him speaking which will be released upon his death (God forbid that this happens in my lifetime) which will prove once and for all that Elvis did not die in 1977 and that Jesse is Elvis now.

Jesse is “family” to me and I love him so very much. He and my sweet husband are the lights of my life. I don’t want to live long enough to be in this world without either of them.

I have been going back over my notes which I wrote while speaking with Jesse yesterday regarding the two anecdotes which he gave me to share and I am still not certain of what he said about Evel Knievel having compared himself to Elvis in stature. In my notes, I had at first misunderstood when he mentioned Evil Knievel…I had thought that he said “people” and at that time he said “…impression felt in stature greater things of me.” Jesse also said this “…he couldn’t compare himself to me.” I wanted to share these two tidbits from my notes as I know that everyone, if they are like me, hang on his every word. I always did this before 1977…Iloved to hear him speak and listened intently to every word I was privileged to hear. We have some difficulty now due to the phone equipment which he is required to use. Also, I only make notes of our conversation when he tells me that he is going to tell me something which I may share on my web site. I have never kept any notes of our general conversations.

Some more explanations regarding the “death” of Elvis.

You may recall that not too long ago, I shared a tidbit from a letter which Elvis/Jesse had written to someone years before I came to be in contact with him myself. In that excerpt he stated that the man who took his place that day was dying and had only a few months to live and that he had signed a contract agreeing to his part in Elvis’s “death” and that his widow receives money to this day even though she has since remarried.

My friend, Susan, sent me a link to a page which jarred my memory about how that letter by Jesse is backed up in some books written by several of Elvis’s former friends and associates. After I visited the link which Susan sent to me and read several accounts of how ill they believed Elvis was and what they said the autopsy proved, I recalled that letter by Jesse and how I had not yet tied the rumors and his letter together on my site. So below is the result of my realization:

The following excerpt is from a newspaper article about Dick Grob’s then forthcoming book. I do not own this book.

“An autopsy on the death of Elvis Presley showed the singer was dying of bone cancer, his chief security guard says. In a copyrighted book outline, Dick Grob, who supervised security for the singer on his concert tours, said Presley probably would have lived only a few months more if he had not died August 16, 1977, allegedly of cardiac arrhythmia. ‘Elvis’ death at that moment in time, was a very kind deliverance,’ Grob says in the outline of ‘The Elvis Conspiracy’, a book he plans to author with writer Dan Mingori.”

So, first of all we find that what was supposed to be kept in “strictest confidence”later turned up in the two above books as well as others I have heard about.

Kathy Westmoreland goes into even more “over kill” (pardon the pun) when she outlines, in her book, many more supposed diseases which Elvis had. She says he had already had three unreported heart attacks before the one that “killed” him, diabetes, enlarged heart, pernicious anemia, etc.

But.t.t.t.t….Elvis passed a Lloyd’s of London insurance exam less than a year before his supposed “death”. Dr. Nick states in his book that he had seen Elvis just a few days earlier and he was in good shape. Elvis was playing football in Hawaiii in March and racquetball at Graceland on the morning of August 16, 2977. Those around him said that he seemed to be feeling and looking good in the days preceeding his “death“…as one can see in the photo of him driving his car through the Graceland gates on his way back from the dentist on August 16th in the early morning hours.

Also, I would like to interject here that I have NEVER once said that I consider anything to do with an un-cashed insurance policy as being in any way part of why IKNOW that Elvis did not die and is now Jesse.

Below is an excerpt from the phone conversation recorded by Red West when he spoke with Elvis in 1976 after the firings and work on the book was proceeding:

Elvis: I just felt I should talk to you and let you see my side of it. Red West: yeah, I appreciate that. Yunno, thats what I wish we had done at the very first. Yunno. Maybe I could have understood it a little bit better. But ah, what’s done is done. You go on from there. I mean, I just, believe me when I tell you I wish you all the luck. I hope you go, right, stay right where you are, right on top for ah, forty more years man. I really do, I mean it with all my heart. 

Elvis: Im working on it. 

Red West: but I would like to see you get healthier, E. You hadn’t been healthy in awhile. 

Elvis: oh yes, I am. 

Red West: no you’re not. 

Elvis: yes I am. 

Red West: well, ok you say that. 

Elvis: I just had an absolute complete physical head to toe, in the last ah, two weeks.
Red West: ok, well then I’m glad to hear you’re healthy. 

Elvis: one of those things that is required by Lloyds of London, the insurance office. 
Red West: well, then I don’t need to worry about it then.

So.o.o.o.o.o. How does one reconcile all of the conflicting accounts regarding his state of health as proven by the autopsy? The answer is really quiet simple. The body which was autopsied WAS NOT ELVIS at all but that of the stand-in who really was dying of bone cancer and did have only a few months to live. I haven’t watched this movie in year.r.r.r.r.s, so I don’t really recall much of the plot. So, I need to re-watch it too. I don’t recall if this one had any Elvis flavored things in it or not. I do know that it involves martial arts.

I did watch Navy Seals last night. It definitely is a “guy” movie…lots of violence and military activities. But, it does show us some of what the Navy Seals go through and what they are capable of doing. It is a good movie to watch to help us all fully appreciate our military and what it took for them to find and kill bin Laden.

But, it does not have any Elvis flavored clues in it…other than a very prominent huge 8 on the front of a helicopter.

I have always loved the song “Johnny B. Goode” because I listened and thought of Elvis’s own life paralleling the lyrics in many ways. I believe that is the reason that he included it in so many of his shows.

Elvis/Jesse loves football to this day. There is a quote I have read somewhere of Elvis saying something like “I love football. It is like life in three quarter time.” That quote may be off a little but it was something close to that.

I caught part of a wonderful (2008) documentary about Elvis late yesterday afternoon on TV,Elvis: A Generous Heart. I have a DVD by this same title which I bought, but have not watched it in quite some time and it seems to me that this TV documentary has more footage than I remember on the DVD.

I searched and found that it is going to air again this coming Sunday the 15th at 2:00 AM.This airs on the Documentary channel. We get this channel on DirecTV channel #267. I have already set my DVR to record the full show. If you get a chance to watch this, I know you will love it so much.

I want everyone to know that Jesse still has the very same loving, caring and generous heart that he always had as Elvis. His life as Jesse now does not afford him the ability to give luxurious gifts as Elvis did but his giving is just as thoughtful and caring. Jewelry is still his favorite gift to give.

A good friend brought a man on YouTube (and elsewhere on the Internet) who identifies himself as Jon Burrows, 76 of TN, and variations thereof, to my attention yesterday.

He has songs available and has a number of people thinking that he is Elvis. The photo below of the handsome gentleman in the black suit has a lot of people thinking that he really is Elvis.

I came across that photo myself a few years ago and thought that it could be Jesse. If I recall correctly, I even printed it off and sent it to him saying that, at first, I thought that it could be him.

However, I found the early part of the following material, not too long after I first saw the photo, along with the accompanying story of who this really is as told by his friend Belkid Cuza Male who wrote the book titled “Elvis: The Unquiet Grave or The True Story of Jon Burrows” in 1994. I bought her book in Oct. of 1994 and read it through. I even thought that perhaps she had actually met and written about Jesse. After I read the book, I mailed it to the mutual friend of Jesse and myself for him to read. When asked about this book, Jesse said that it was not him.

Therefore, I put the book on a shelf and dismissed it from my mind.

As for Belkis Cuza Male:  This lady is somewhat of an enigma.

Yesterday, this all came back to my mind when my friend shared a link to the photo below accompanied by the song “Stars and Stripes” which she thought sounded much like Elvis. So, last night I got out my copy of this book to refresh my memory. Then I searched on the Internet and retrieved the photo and the article which accompanied it which I recalled from several years ago.

Below are the article and the account of who this man is. I believe that at least one other person has taken this photo and named themselves “Jon Burrows” and has set up on YouTube, a web site, MySpace, and other areas leading people to believe that he is Elvis.

So, as you can see, when anything has come to my attention over the years which I think may actually be Elvis/Jesse, I have checked it out and also found out from Jesse himself.

So, below is the now well circulated photo which is now known all over the Internet as being Jon Burrows 76 of TN, or in some instances, Hawaii.

I leave the facts in each reader’s hands to make up your own mind. I have copied and pasted the contents of the blog below. My personal opinion is of course in line with what Elvis/Jesse himself has stated…I do not believe this has anything to do with Elvis/Jesse.

The fabulous voice of this Fonzerelli By Belkis Cuza Malé The first time that I saw him I recognized him immediately. Sure, ten years back somebody had given me a flyer where he appeared with then greyish hair, although the smile was the same. Then, I did not know that behind that smile there was a “warrior”, it was in his blood, half Kiowa and half Comanche. And as if that was not enough, his father is of Italian origin and his mother is of Barcelona. The result is Alfonse Monteon Armendarez, to which all call “Fonz”.I am seated in front of him, having coffee. He talks as much as I, but also knows to listen. We talk for hours in an interchange that travels from the present to the past and returns on it’s steps. He talks Spanish like an Italian and moves his hands and laughs and only remains still when I speak to him of Cuba and the horrors of the Castro dictatorship. And I know that he has understood everything, although I know he did not need my explanations, when he tells me that he has met other Cubans.I do not tell him, but I almost cry imagining him at four years old when he went to live in an orphanage in Dallas, the city where he was born in 1945. His description of that first day in the life of a boy who would grow there between little monks and casseroles (because he chose the kitchen as refuge) transfered me suddenly to some of those stories of Dickens. How not to suffer when one knows that there he is, separated at such an early age from his little sister (also in an orphanage for girls) and from his father, a patient, shut in a sanatarium?We returned to the present, an Engineer of profession, retired now from IBM; he has traveled across almost all of the country and some parts of Europe and for twenty years, he has been famous in Dallas, singing in prestigious night clubs, until suddenly, his life gives an unexpected turn. That day, seven years ago, he lost his wife in a terrible accident where he was also seriously hurt.It is not easy for me to think that this man of eternal smiles, without tears in his eyes, is the same man that says: “I like to see me like a happy person and able to entertain”. And I would add that iron will that drags obstacles with himself and he prevails over, which some call adversity, a word that Fonz seems to have exiled from his vocabulary. He knows that God has left him on the Earth like another “warrior” from that tribe of undefeated beings, armed with his voice and not a voice any.An Elvis Presley, a Pedro Infante, a Jorge Negrete? Imagine him. “Music is my life”, he says, and I believe him. Then. there are his songs, his world of generous delivery to a profession to which now he dedicates all his time to. If somebody asks him where he learned to sing, he will say that with the little monks, in the church, singing all along. “We had to sing at force…, whether you sang good or bad”, he says laughing. Soon, he himself was first in being surprised when their friends of adolescence asked him to sing.To the other side of the ample large window of the restaurant, thousands of black birds descend on a bordering field, and we see them take off in groups. Fonz is excited with grazing of the birds, as if of some way they also intoned a maintained greating song in the air like those black wings. And while they move away, shaking the dusk, he watches me fixedly and he says to me: “I want to sing in England and Japan”. I know that there is an audience waiting for him anywhere in the world. And not only do I have faith in him, but many do, like his friend, the prestigious guitarist of blues, John Nitzinger, who baptized him years ago as the “Fabulous Fonzerelli”, when Fonz opened one of his presentations in the Bass Hall of Fort Worth.Since then, the “Fabulous Fonzerelli” has not gotten tired to show that, it does not matter what, the world can continue enjoying “happy days”, like his homonym, the personage of the series of television. Without imitating anybody, with an ample repertoire that includes thousands of songs, Fonz is a star in his own right.Do you want to listen to him sing? To corroborate what I say here? Well, Fonz, the “Fabulous Fonzerelli”, has said to me: “Belkis, bring me to all the Cubans, I want to sing for them”. Belkis was born in Guantánamo, Cuba. She studied Humanities in la Universidad de Oriente. In 1967 she married Cuban poet Heberto Padilla. Though initially a supporter of the Castro Revolution, Belkis later became a censor critic of his regime. She was jailed with Padilla in 1971 charged with “subversive writing”, It was known later as the “Padilla affair”. She went into exile in the United States with her little son in 1979, until the Cuban goverment authorized him to leave Cuba. She founded Linden Lane Magazine, a review of Latin American and North American writers in 1982. And in 1996, La Casa Azul. Libros publicados: El viento en la pared,1962. Los alucinados,1963. This edition has a wonderful interview with Sam Tompson. Sam tells the truth about Elvis’s friendshiip with Jerry Lee Lewis and the well known incident at the Graceland gates when Jerry Lee came to visit…while a little intoxicated with a gun. You will note that the version which Sam recalls is exactly what Jerry Lee said himself in the YouTube video to which I provided a link some time ago. Elvis and Jerry Lee were definitiely friends unlike the stories which have been told. It is easy to understand that Elvis would have recorded the song with Jerry Lee prior to August, 1977 “…to help Jerry Lee out.” and also to lay the foundation for his continued behind-the-scenes recording and performing during the Orion years.

Here is the excerpt from Sam’s interview:

 

One night in the mid-1970s, Jerry Lee Lewis drove up to theGraceland estate to visit Elvis. The security guard called up to the mansion and asked if he should let Jerry Lee in. ‘No, man, I don’t want to see him’, Elvis said – because the guard had informed him that Jerry Lee had been drinking. Jerry Lee pulled out a gun. He took his foot off the brake. His Rolls-Royce rolled into the Graceland gate, bending it in. This was Sam Thompson’s introduction to an armed but amiable Jerry Lee Lewis – as Sam was Elvis’baby-faced’ bodyguard. Sam trotted out to the gate. ‘I reach in and grab Jerry Lee and pull him through the door, and we call the cops’, Sam says.

 

No one wanted to prosecute.

‘It turns out it’s an honest mistake’, Sam says. ‘A sheriff in Desoto County (in Mississippi, next to Memphis) had given Jerry Lee Lewis a pistol. And Jerry Lee Lewis had brought it to Elvis to give it to him as a gift.

‘But he had been drinking and was on pills, and it was just one of those regrettable situations’.

Elvis didn’t really mind, Sam says.

‘Elvis loved Jerry Lee. They had a funny relationship’.

Elvis used to sit up nights and wonder why he had become The King, and someone else had not – someone like Jerry Lee. ‘He really did ponder on this issue cosmically: Why me?’ Sam says. ‘He knew he was talented and he was good looking, and at the right place at the right time. But there were a lot of others out there, too.

‘He truly felt humbled by that. He never truly came to grips with it’.

Also, from this same wonderful edition of the newsletter, there is a link to a rare rehearsal version of Elvis doing “What’d I Say?”. It is a really rocking version with some words changed to make it a little more risqué and also it is a long version. If you listen to Elvis on this version, you won’t have any trouble at all believing that it is Elvis with Jerry Lee Lewis on the post 1977 recording.

Again, I remind everyone that at the very end of the song with Jerry Lee, in the fade out and so faint that you really have to turn the volume all the way up and listen closely, you will hear Jerry Lee say “Man, you’re with it tonight, Elvis.” You can tell that they really were having a good time recording together. Also, the sense of humor of saying that at the end…where it is barely intelligible on the end of a song titled “What’d I Say?” is just so cute and funny.

My friend, Susan, sent me the link to a YouTube video this morning which I have never seen before. I want to share it because of the beautiful footage of Elvis during one of the shows in his last tour. The song which is shown is his performance of My Way. This was one of his very significant “farewell songs“. The close ups of his face during this performance are so very extraordinary. I love watching him so much and I know you will too. He is magnificent!!!

Jesse says that he could not look any worse than he did on that last tour…but I think he was just fantastic.

This is a followup to my earlier article:

There are many questions floating around about a particular song by the person who goes by the name of Jon Burrows. I am going to attempt to enter a link below where you may listen to this song, Stars and Stripes…at the end he recites the pledge of allegiance. This is a beautiful song…but, Jon Burrows IS NOT ELVIS…IS NOT JESSE. Some have speculated that the actual singer is Doug Church…or it may be the guy in the Jon Burrows photo who is actually Alfonse Monteon Armendarez, the friend ofBelkis Cuza Malé. Hers is the book titled “Elvis: The Unquiet Grave or The True Story of Jon Burrows.“

The man she knew was not Elvis…Jesse has stated that it is not him in her book.Therefore, I certainly do not recommend her book…especially at the price of $99.00

Hopefully this link will play this song. If you listen carefully, you will recognize that it is not Elvis/Jesse.

The following Email was sent to me today by a close friend who has known me for years. He has met my husband and me. We have enjoyed three long visits with him. I thank him for the following message which he wrote for my site in order that my visitors may understand some background information:

 

Hey Linda,

This is something you might want to share on your web site about a few of the so- called Elvis’s.

The guy Jon Burrows, I have emailed him a few times and even though he seems like a real nice man and he is a wonderful singer, he will tell you himself that he is not Elvis but he does love Elvis’s singing. Jon Burrows lives outside of Memphis, TN. In one of his emails to me he said that he was not Elvis but a lot of people want to think he is. He is not an impersonator just a fan of Elvis like we all are and Jon Burrows has the ability to sing similar to Elvis.

Also, about the Belkis Cuza Male’ deal, John Smith is nowhere near Elvis. I went in her Pal-Talk Room (Presley Family and Friends) a few years back, probably 3 to 4 years ago, and I asked a couple of questions that I was told to ask to John Smith and Boom! I was kicked from the room and the room shut down a fews weeks later, LOL, guess they did not want anymore questions from me LOL. The John Smith that is linked to Belkis is a crock of Bull he had a foul mouth and was not close to Elvis.

Now Jon Cotner/Mystery Man, I E-mailed him a couple of times also to see what he was all about and he said to me that he was not Elvis but then he would turn around and say things that insinuated that he was Elvis. Just think of it this way for a second, Yes, he looks like an older Elvis and he talks and sings similar but Elvis created all the songs that you hear Jon Cotner sing. Nothing past 1977 of Elvis’s will you hear Jon Cotner sing. Did Elvis stop creating new songs at 1977? Yes, he did. Did Elvis run out of talent to create the music he did for 22 years? I know that did not happen. Elvis retired in 1977 and that is his right to retire, everyone else can, why couldn’t Elvis.

This is the mistake of Jon Cotner. This is not exactly a mistake it is just that when you are imitating someone you can’t create anything unless the person you are imitating does it first as Elvis did. Jon Cotner has some talent, I won’t deny that but Jon can’t sing a song that Elvis did after 1977, can he? If he was Elvis he could continue right on creating more of those wonderful songs just like he did up until 1977 at any moment that he wanted to. You won’t hear Jon Cotner do any song past 1977.

Sorry folks none of the above John/Jon’s are Elvis so don’t waste your time but enjoy their music if you don’t mind listening to an imitator. But I would rather listen to the real deal.

I have known Linda for about 5 years now, I guess it is, and the first time we talked we were finishing each other’s sentences. I got my info from a friend of Elvis’s that worked for Elvis for 7 years and Linda got her info from Jesse. Why was it the same information? I know for a fact that Linda did not know my friend on a personal level like I did, so the information she knew did not come from my friend. Her information came directly from Jesse and my friend was in touch with Jesse on a personal level and I know that if I had worked for the man for 7 years that I would know exactly who it was that I was talking to wouldn’t you?

Rest assured people, Jesse is Elvis and none of these imitators is the man. If Jesse were to get on a mic in a Pal-Talk room the room would fill up so fast that the internet would shut down also. LOL I am confident that one day Jesse will drop the news on the whole world of how he retired and this will probably be only after he has really “left the building” and then we won’t have to wonder if this is really Elvis or not anymore

You may recall that a while back, as part of my on-going proof about the Elvis and Orion Pictures connection, that I posted the cover of a comic book from the Army of Darknessseries.

The cover I posted showed an Elvis type character on the front and the title was Hail to the King. Ash Williams, the hero in this series, is fashioned to look and have similarities to Elvis. Remember, the Jaycee’s speech which Elvis gave when he was chosen as one of the Outstanding Young Men…recall his remark in that speech: “…I was the hero in the comic books….”.

Today I learned that a new Army of Darkness game app. for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad has just been released.

Below is a snapshot from the new game showing the hero…once more you will easily recognize that the hero is fashioned to look like Elvis.

My friend phoned me today to clarify something; He has only had contact with one person who is using the name “Jon Burrows”. The only person my friend has had contact with is located outside of Memphis. He says that he just likes to sing like Elvis and is not saying that he is Elvis. He is the “Jon Burrows” on YouTube. This gentleman is not from the USA. I believe that my friend said he is from Europe.
