Regarding the update which I added concerning the fact that the forensic document authentication firm, which did my on-line authentication of Jesse’s/Elvis Presley’s autograph, was unable to authenticate the very same autograph when I submitted the actual book for their hands-on examination:

I could not be more pleased with the outcome…contrary to some reactions to the hands-on conclusion.  The reasons I feel this way are:

did not have to send the actual book to the firm after they had already unequivocally authenticated it as Elvis’s autograph.  I did not have to even make public the fact that they declined to authenticate it from the actual hands-on of the book itself.  I did both of these things in an effort to be totally honest and forthright…just as I am about everything I put on my site.

The important thing is that after the hands-on examination, they DID NOT indicate that they could not authenticate it because of the handwritten autograph itself…only that the book was published in 2001 and Elvis Presley died in 1977.

I am positive that if I had cut the page with the autograph from my book and just sent the page, there would have been an authentication issued based on the hands-on analysis of only the autograph.  But, I certainly won’t destroy my precious book just to try to prove the truth to even one “doubting Thomas”.

As I stated before, I wanted this firm to see that there had been no tracing, no erasures…no tampering of any kind, whatsoever, to the actual autograph which they authenticated online.

Also, I wish to make it clear that this was the very first time that I had ever submitted any of Jesse’s writing to ANY firm for authentication.  I did not have to go from one firm to another until I found one that would authenticate his writing. His autograph was authenticated by the very first firm I sent it to without hesitation.

I will never submit any of his written letters for authentication without his explicit permission because his letters to me are private.  The only reason I felt totally comfortable with submitting the autograph from the book was that he has autographed the book for a number of other people over the years…there are quite a few other people who also have their own copy of his autographed book which he signed especially for them.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING THE MATERIAL ON THIS PAGE.

Below you will see a letter from the authentication firm who performed my on-line authentication of Elvis’s/Jesse’s autograph in my copy of his book.

Because there had been the usual slanderous comments spread about me, my letter of authentication and even questioning the credibility of the firm who did my authentication, I chose to send my actual book itself to the firm in order that they could do a hands-on in-person evaluation.

The on-line authentication could not rule out tracing, erasing, or another tampering with the autograph.  So, I wanted the firm to examine and see that there was absolutely no evidence of any fraudulent attempts made to the autograph itself.

I cannot speak highly enough of this firm.  They have treated me and my material with the utmost respect.  They kept my book for one and a half weeks before reaching their conclusion.  They called me the day that they received my book and spoke to me then of the reservation about the date of publication for the book.  I trusted them implicitly and left it in their capable hands.

They did not even charge me for their normal evaluation fee for an in-person examination.  Even though I am sure that they did put more time, thought, and effort into this than a normal everyday examination.  I shared with them much of my website material and YouTube documentation.

But as you will see in the copy of their letter to me, which I just received this morning, they could not issue a letter of authentication because the book was “published in 2001” and “Elvis Presley died in 1977“.  So, we are left with the fact that their forensic evaluation of Jesse’s autograph matched that of known writing of Elvis Presley and was unequivocally authenticated based on the writing alone…but the dates are not currently legally accepted as being dates on which Elvis could have written the autograph.

I want it understood also that this is the one and only time that I have ever attempted to have any of Jesse’s handwriting authenticated and this will be the only time I shall do so.  My only reason for doing this was just to be able to post something substantial on my website proving that my correspondence was and is from Elvis Presley.

There is not enough money in this world to ever make me part with so much as one word of anything he has ever written to me.  My reputation and credibility are my only motives in this website and anything which I present on here…that and my never-ending love and loyalty to Elvis/Jesse and honoring him.

Below is the letter which I received today in its entirety along with an enlargement of the most significant statements.

Also, below is a copy of this firm’s business card.  I have the utmost respect for them, their capabilities, and their integrity and I would recommend this firm to anyone who should ever have need of their services.

Even though the hands-on examination of the book could not result in a letter of authentication, I could not be more pleased with the outcome.  I DID NOT have to send the actual book to the firm after they had already unequivocally authenticated it as Elvis’s autograph.  I DID NOT have to even make public the fact that they declined to authenticate it from the actual hands-on examination of the book itself.

I fully understand and respect their decision.  Their integrity is beyond reproach.

I am positive that if I had cut the page with the autograph from my book and just sent the page, there would have been an authentication based on the hands-on analysis of only the autograph.  But, I certainly would not destroy my book just to prove that point.

Just a word to clarify something about this authentication.  The ONLY reason I had this analysis done was so that I could post it on this website.  I was hoping that people would recognize proof when they saw it.

Please do not slander this well-respected firm… lawsuits have been filed for this type of behavior.

I remind everyone that this is but one tiny piece of the vast amount of substantiated evidence which I have on this site.

I close by saying, once again, if you were a juror, the judge would admonish you to:Be reasonable, use your common sense, and go with the preponderance of the evidence.”

AUTHENTICITY DOCUMENT PROVES JESSE’S AUTOGRAPH WAS WRITTEN BY ELVIS

Below you will see a document that authenticates that an autograph that Jesse wrote to me last year was indeed written by Elvis Presley.

I had never asked Elvis for anything for myself in all our years of friendship.  But, last year when several of my friends asked if he would autograph their copies of his book, I decided to ask if he would also autograph my copy of his book.  He readily agreed.  He wrote a very special inscription for me and autographed it “Elvis Presley”.  This is on the very first printed page of his book…thus showing the title of the book, the authors’ credits, etc.  Below, on this same page, Elvis added another autograph of “Jesse”.

Because I have incurred the wrath of many people in the long-established “Elvis World“, I have taken an action to document for myself that Jesse is Elvis Presley.  Below you will see the absolute proof that Jesse is Elvis Presley.  My harshest critics have attempted to dismiss every piece of the evidence whether it be in the form of photos, videos, handwriting analysis, etc.  Their feeble attempts have been laughable.

I submitted the full page from the book with all of Elvis/Jesse’s writing on it to an autograph authentication service.  I sent the image to them online because I would not trust my precious book in the mail.  You will see that the examiners state that everything matches and that the autograph is genuine.  They also do say that there are a few properties of any autograph that cannot be certified in an online examination…things such as erasures,  tracing, ink and pressure point of the handwriting, etc.  None of these problems exist with my autographed book.

I have NO intentions of ever selling this autograph nor anything else which Elvis has written to me and given me over the past 18 years.  My only reason for having this authentication done is in order that I may present it here on my website.

I hope this will put some critics in their place.  But, even more importantly, I want all of the visitors to my site to enjoy seeing this and knowing that what they have been reading on my site is the truth.

Also, I am displaying the precious note that Jesse wrote to me which accompanied the book when he sent it back to me.
