Jesse phoned me tonight. He asked me to thank everyone for all of the messages which you wrote to him. He loved reading them. He said that he wishes he could respond to each person individually but that isn’t possible. He said if he did it for one person, he would want to do it for all and he just can’t do that.
He said something that I just loved and I asked him if I could write this quote from him on my web site and he said that I could. This is what he said: “You can tell people that Elvis is gone; but Jesse is going to be around for a long time.” Hearing him say this made me very happy and I know it will make everyone happy who loves him so much.
Added Weds. 12th: I forget to mention last night, I have mailed out the final group of messages to him which were written up through Monday 10th AM. He will receive those in a few days. So, he still has some more on the way to enjoy.

More about Orion
Orion the Mighty Hunter is one of the most beloved and easiest to recognize constellations in the night sky. Cold, crisp winter nights are the best time to observe the “belted one” in the southern sky.
Orion is the constellation that conjures the deepest imagination and wonder with just one glance. Something about the placement of the stars ties the entire picture together. Not to mention his 3-star-studded belt. Almost every culture in the ancient world associated these stars with a hunter, giant, or all-around he-man.
He was called by the Irish, Caomai, the armed king.
The Hebrews pictured Orion as Jacob wrestling the angel or the general Joshua.
Orion was called Praja-pati who took the form of a stag in pursuit of his own daughter (represented by the star Aldebaran in Taurus). The chase was slowed by the arrow stuck in Praja-pati’s midsection (Orion’s belt). This arrow was shot by the avenging hunter (the star Sirius).
- In Greenland it was Three Seal Hunters Lost at Sea
- Eskimos called it Three Steps Cut in a Snow Bank
- To Australians these stars were Three Men Dancing
- In Africa it was Three Pigs

My friend, Jan, has brought something to my attention which is very vile and disgusting which is on YouTube about Elvis. I don’t even want to publish the link to this piece of filthy garbage…but I have to do that in order that I can ask each of you to please visit this video…PLEASE DO NOT WATCH IT…and flag it as inappropriate, when it asks why, click on “Sexual Content” and then leave a comment as to why it is so inappropriate in the comments box.
This is, evidently the trailer to a pornographic movie coming out soon or maybe already out. I have not watched, but my impression is that they use images of Elvis in the filming. This is so very despicable and disrespectful of Elvis/Jesse and his friends, fans, and family.
Here is the YouTube video link: www.youtube.com/watch the title begins: ELVIS XXX…..
Here is what I wrote myself when I flagged it:
This is absolutely disgusting. This should be reported to Elvis Presley Enterprises in order to be legally stopped. I am a lifelong Elvis fan and have been a friend to him personally for the past 18 years. How dare you make this filthy garbage about him?
What kind of sick person produces this type of obscene rubbish and what kind of sick mind would want to watch this trash about the most beloved public figure of this century? I hope others will join me in denouncing this filth.
Linda Hood Sigmon
Also, Jan writes that if anyone wants to write to EPE to demand that they put a stop to this trash, their Email address is:
I ask that everyone please step up to the plate and go to bat to stop this obscene film…or at least get it off of YouTube if we can’t stop the movie.
Thank you all, in advance for your help.
ADDED THURSDAY 1-13-2011:
Several friends have notified me that they are having difficulty flagging this video and also their Emails to EPE have come back. Here are some more detailed facts about flagging on YouTube and about contacting EPE.
On YouTube you will see the flag emblem on which you may click to flag as shown below. It is the last emblem on the right…the picture of the flag. Once you click on this emblem, you will be able to select the reason for which you are flagging the video and then you will have a comment box in which you may write your reason for flagging this video as inappropriate.

I have just come upon something to add to my Jerry Lee Lewis and Elvis duets and their friendship material.
The following news article is available on the web at the following links. Here you will find a site where you may listen to a short clip of Elvis visiting in Jerry Lee Lewis’s home in 1960. Most of their conversation has been edited out due to some “private language” and comments. But you will be able to hear a short tape of them singing together. You will see that this does validate what I have shown previously about their friendship. You will see that the voices on this tape have been analyzed by experts and verified to be the voices of Elvis and Jerry Lee. I apologize for the words at the end of this link…but I can’t leave it off because you won’t be able to click to visit if I remove it. But please do know that I am offended by seeing it there.
Controversy Rages Over New ‘Elvis’ Recordings
1/13/2011 11:40 AM PST by TMZ Staff
TMZ has obtained a 30-second clip from what could be a historic recording of Elvis & Jerry Lee Lewis back in 1960 — their only duet in existence — but there’s a problem … some people claim it ain’t legit.
The clip allegedly features Elvis and Jerry Lee Lewis shooting the breeze at Jerry’s house — and based on the audio, Jerry’s a big fan of the King.
A guy named Rod Lambert from Nashville tells TMZ, he bought the tape over ten years ago at a yard sale … and only recently discovered that he could have a piece of rock and roll history on his hands.
An audio forensics expert verified that the voices on the tape were indeed Elvis and Lewis … but Lambert — who posted more of the clip on his website — tells us, the company in charge of Elvis’ catalog denied it was really the rock legend.
Lambert claims the full 30-minute version of the tape contains some pretty explicit dialogue — and although Elvis doesn’t say much … according to Lambert, Lewis wasn’t so cautious, saying things like, “If you don’t like Jerry’s peaches, then get your f**kin’ ass away from my tree.”
Check out the clip for yourselves and decide.
At the following link, you will be able to hear the short tape of them singing together and will also have the opportunity to vote your opinion.
Here is the gentleman’s description of the tape and it’s history as shown on this site:
January 2009 I found a box of tapes I’d had for over a decade with a recording marked “Jerry Lee, Elvis, Mack Vickery 1960.” It’s over 30 minutes of music and conversation at the home of Jerry Lee Lewis. Elvis was just out of the army.
Jerry welcomes Elvis, tells him he loves him and humbles himself saying ” You beat em’ all we can’t keep up with you.” Elvis picks at Jerry and agrees. They sing a duet together and then go into an impromptu jam session. Having career problems due to his marriage, Jerry pours out his grieving soul before the King and “plays his struggles”. Elvis joins him in song. It’s an amazing piece of Rock N Roll History and very candid. Dick Clark, Sam and Judd Phillips, Psychiatrist, Drugs, Women and Sex were just a few of the topics.
One of the foremost audio forensic experts in the world analyzed the recording putting it through 26 Voice Identification Analysis Criteria including aural and visual cues and the report came back positive for Elvis as well as Jerry Lee.
I contacted Sony/RCA and got a meeting with the Producer in charge of the Elvis catalog, he agreed it was Jerry Lee and it sounded authentic to the era of 1960, but he did not agree it was Elvis. ” I didn’t understand their decision, maybe it was due to the content which is x-rated at times, or for other reasons.”
Due to the x-rated parts, I told Sony I didn’t want to taint Elvis’ image and didn’t want to release all of it, just the duet. I asked if they would like to vault this tape, they said no, so I vaulted it at my bank. I also contacted E.P.E. and the response was the same, not interested. I was baffled. I felt like I was the only one trying to do the right thing. This could be the sexiest song ever sung by Elvis and the only duet known of between the two, it also confirms their friendship.

Two friends called my attention to the second following article today which mentions another link between Elvis and Howard Hughes. I did not know until now that Elvis owned a home which was orginally built for and owned by Mr. Hughes. This first article states that Elvis bought the home from Mr. Hughes and that Ms. Gabor purchased it from Elvis in 1974. The second article differs by saying that she purchased it from Elvis’s estate.
Elvis Presley’s old home on sale
ANI, Jan 20, 2011, 04.02pm IST
Ailing actress Zsa Zsa Gabor and her husband Prince Frederic Von Anhalt are selling their Los Angeles mansion, previously inhabited by Elvis Presley, for 28 million dollars.Gabor’s publicist John Blanchette said the 8,000 sq ft estate, which boasts a total of 26 rooms, was originally built for the late aviator and industrialist Howard Hughes.Presley lived in the hillside house in Bel Air decades ago while he was filming movies in Los Angeles, he added.
“We only use two rooms, all the other rooms are locked up. It doesn’t make sense for two people to live in such a big place,” the Telegraph quoted Anhalt, as saying.
The couple plans to move to a luxury condominium, he said.
The 93-year-old actress bought the mansion from Elvis” estate in the 1970s for 600,000 dollars, said Anhalt.
Meanwhile, Gabor is recovering in hospital following an operation to amputate her leg on Friday after developing a serious gangrene infection.

It’s with great sadness to report the death of the Godfather of the Memphis Mafia, Lamar Fike.
Very often misunderstood, Lamar was always outspoken and he shot from the hip, but once you broke through his hard exterior you found a soft, caring giant who often cried when talking about Elvis.

Below you will see the covers and several pages from a book titled EXTRAORDINARY CARE. This book was copyrighted by THE AMERICAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION in 1986. I purchased it back around 1990. I had not thought to put it on here until today. It is pretty fascinating.
As you will see on the front cover and the back cover, Elvis is featured with Dr. Nick giving an interview. I do not recommend this book because the very first page is about Elvis and drugs is very unfair and unkind. I only bought this book because of the two pages of photos which you will see below. Also, another interesting “coincidence” is that, on the same page with Elvis is a photo of and a quote from Howard Hughes’s Dr. Perhaps this was one of God’s little miracles of synchronicity rather than a “coincidence”. Remember that Elvis believed and said that “There are no coincidences. Everything has a meaning.” I, too, firmly believe this.
Also, below is a copy of an excerpt from Dr. Nick’s interview with the author detailing some of the happenings on August 16, 1977. The most startling thing is Dr. Nick’s statement that he did CPR on Elvis for 45 minutes. Recall, please, that Joe said that rigor mortis had already set in when he saw him in the bathroom. Amazing contradictions, aren’t they!?
Amazing that Elvis and Howard Hughes are featured on these two pages facing each other in the book.

I have just learned that the book ELVIS FACE TO FACE which was originally published by Wanda June Hill in 1985 is now available for download on PDF for free to everyone anywhere in the world. I believe that Wanda June has added more to the original edition of the book…I am not positive of this. Though it is for free, a donation is requested.
As I have stated previously on my site, Wanda June Hill’s books and other materials are just an amazing insight into the inner man….the real man…not just the superstar image of which Elvis grew so weary. In this book you will learn a lot about Elvis’s spiritual interests…a very important part of his life and which he discussed with Wanda June many times during the many years that they were close friends.
I recommend this book so very highly to everyone who seeks to truly know the man…the real man.
Below is the link to the site to download the book as well as a copy of the page to which you will be taken:

Coincidentally, AOL has a very interesting news article on display today regarding Mr. Edgar Mitchell. I truly enjoyed this article about this man who deserves so much honor and respect.
–>
surphace start –>On Feb. 5 and 6, 1971 Edgar Mitchell walked on the moon, one of only 12 men to ever do so. The Apollo 14 astronaut trained as an engineer and has a Ph.D. in aeronautics from MIT. As a U.S. Navy fighter pilot, he saw combat during the Korean War. On his return journey from the moon, he had a profound spiritual experience that started him on a new journey in life.By the time he splashed down in the Pacific, the scientist had met the mystical, and was intrigued. He has since dedicated his life to developing a scientific understanding of that most ineffable human quality: consciousness.Perhaps the two greatest questions that face mankind today are these: “Is there a supreme being?” and “Are we alone in the universe?” Speaking from his home in Florida, Mitchell offers us his answers.
The sixth human being to have walked on the moon speaks with a soft southern drawl:
“My great grandparents came across the southern United States in the 1870s to start a new life in the western territories. They were in a covered wagon drawn by horses, driving a few cattle to start a new herd. The railroads had not been completed, automobiles had not been invented; the electric light had not been invented. My father was born shortly after the Wright brothers made the first airplane flight — and I went to the moon…In less than a hundred years we went from covered wagons to going to the moon.”
On Jan. 31, 1971, Mitchell and the other crew members of Apollo 14 — Alan Shepard and Stuart Roosa — blasted off from Cape Kennedy on board a giant Saturn 5 rocket. It was just after the ill-fated Apollo 13 mission, and the world watched anxiously as Apollo 14 sped toward the moon on a scientific mission to explore the Fra Mauro highlands.
Mitchell, 80, tells me that the experience that changed him so profoundly was not standing on the moon, but a spiritual epiphany that occurred on the journey back to Earth. He describes this experience vividly in his autobiography, “The Way of the Explorer:”
“What I experienced during that three-day trip home was nothing short of an overwhelming sense of connectedness. I actually felt what is described as ‘the ecstasy of unity.’ It occurred to me that the molecules of my body and the molecules of the spacecraft itself were manufactured long ago in the furnace of one of the ancient stars that burned in the heavens about me. And there was a sense that our presence as space travelers, and the existence of the universe itself, was not accidental, but that there was an intelligent process at work. I perceived the universe as in some way conscious.”
After leaving NASA in 1972, he founded the Institute of Noetic Sciences in California to explore the frontiers of inner space. This was the beginning of a new journey for Mitchell: Since then, his aim has been to find an understanding of the universe which encompasses both science and spirituality.
As he researched his spiritual experiences of “oneness,” he says, “I began to realize that this type of experience has taken place in every culture throughout history. In my opinion, this type of experience is the basis of all religion.”
“[Religions] begin with some type of transformational type experience like that…a mountaintop experience, which moves you from your normal way of thinking…As a result of my experience, I think that the evolutionary path of humanity has to be away from violence and towards caring and oneness.”
He says that most anyone can have such a transformational experience, if they seek it: “The time-honored way is through traditional meditation techniques, where the mind is stabilized and cleared. That seems to open the way for the transformation-type experiences to take place. In many of our religious traditions, the cloistered aspects of the tradition has featured that.”
However, he says, as well as their mystical aspects, many religions also contain “a branch which says ‘onward Christian soldiers, marching as to war’… to me, that’s exactly the opposite to what these transcendent ideas are all about.”
“It seems to be always the case that, from the evidence we have of these ancient transcendent events, that the early spiritual leaders had the same notions as we’re talking about. But somewhere along the line, the followers who hadn’t had the original experience reverted right back to the same old political maneuvers, social and cultural bickering…so eventually religion becomes part of the problem, and not part of the solution.”
In recent years he has worked with several prominent scientists in developing the theory of the “quantum hologram,” which posits an energy field infusing all objects and living things. They hypothesize that this “quantum field” contains information about each object or being; and that it, in turn, interacts and connects with a single unified energy field that pervades the entire universe.
He says that “the quantum hologram [could be] a mechanism for psychic information, which we call in English our intuition, our ‘sixth sense.’ It should really be called our ‘first sense’ [as] quantum information flow is very fundamental in nature.”
He agrees that this conception may in some ways correspond with the theological concept of the “One God” of Judeo-Christian tradition, but he adds, “in the Judeo-Christian tradition they personify and anthropomorphize the deity, and I don’t…this newer interpretation that seems to be unfurling before us is with nature as the creative force, embodied in the natural law of the universe. That certainly seems to fit, in my mind at least, better than most other models.” But he chuckles, “We still have a ways to go before we understand the universe…we won’t have the answers before tea time.”
Mitchell has seen a broad spread of history in his 80 years, but believes that mankind is right now in a critical period of transition because “civilization is not on a sustainable path with the explosion of population in the 20th and 21st centuries. We are consuming non-renewable sources at a non-sustainable rate and you can’t sustain a rapid growth in a finite space…something’s got to give, and it’s got to give quickly.”
What we fundamentally need to create a sustainable civilization, he says, is a “shift in consciousness that starts to recognize ‘were all in this together, we’re all part of the same mold’; that the molecules in our bodies were manufactured or prototyped in ancient star systems, and we are all part of the same stuff. And that we’d better learn to solve our problems cooperatively and together rather than solving our problems through violence and war. Otherwise, sooner or later, we will use nuclear weapons if we keep this up, and as soon as we do that, it’s all over.”
Mitchell made headlines across the world in the summer of 2008 when he said on live radio: “I happen to have been privileged enough to be in on the fact that we’ve been visited on this planet, and the UFO phenomenon is real.” A NASA spokesperson responded to his claims, saying: “NASA does not track UFOs. NASA is not involved in any sort of cover up about alien life on this planet or anywhere in the universe. Dr. Mitchell is a great American, but we do not share his opinions on this issue.”
Although my primary interest in interviewing Mitchell was to explore his life story and to garner his scientific and spiritual insights, I felt I ought to also ask him about this extraordinary pronouncement, which he has since repeated on Fox News, CNN and elsewhere. Mitchell told me that he feels his promotion of awareness of the reality, as he sees it, of extraterrestrial visitations is an important part of raising human consciousness toward building a sustainable civilization: “I think I’m working in a direction that will give us a possible future as opposed to a destroyed future.”
Although Mitchell grew up in Roswell, N.M., he says he only came to give credence to the idea of ET visitations in the years after his 1971 moon mission. “I learned about the Roswell incident [an alleged UFO crash in 1947] when I went back to New Mexico to visit and see family and friends there and make a couple of speeches.” He claims an unnamed source at the Pentagon confirmed that an alien ship did crash, though the U.S. Air Force has dismissed that view.
“From what I know, and I don’t consider myself a real expert in the area, but there are more than one civilization, or species of extraterrestrials, that have been here, as far as it appears,” Mitchell says. “And I don’t know that all of them are as open minded and helpful as others — or that they’re all the same, but I’m sure there are some that are here to try to help us try to do exactly what we need to do, which is to create a sustainable civilization. They certainly don’t seem to be trying to conquer us in any way or they could certainly have done so, if that were their intent.”
Citing information from “private sources,” he claims that President Barack Obama has been briefed on this subject. He notes that the Vatican in late 2009 held a conference on extraterrestrial life and has declared the possible existence of such life to be compatible with its theology, which Mitchell calls “a step in the right direction.” Mitchell also feels a White House investigation into UFOs would be a good idea.
As to the future of human space exploration, he says, “It’s true that likely space exploration can offer some solutions to stabilize the future of our civilization, so that there are resources available, perhaps on the moon, or Mars or in the asteroid belt, and certainly energy from the sun can help offset the fact that we are using up our other sources of energy at an alarming rate, so there’s a lot that space technology has to offer that we haven’t explored yet.”
Mitchell challenges our reality in many ways. But his greatest challenge is to our open-mindedness. When someone of his stature and with his scientific training and contacts suggests things that seem so extraordinary, we have a duty not to retreat to our entrenched positions of doubt and ridicule but to actively engage with what he says, however much it may rattle our cages. And I have to confess, as a reporter on the often mundane subjects of law, politics and religion, it was somewhat spooky to have to look head-on at the extraordinary claims made by Mitchell, for such concepts challenge the very foundations of our common sense everyday worldview.
Yet he has been where few have followed: A great many astronauts have been in orbit, but only 12 have stood on the moon and seen Earth as it really is: tiny, fragile, and traveling lonesome in a sparkling void.
Many may react to some of Mitchell’s assertions like Shakespeare’s Horatio did upon seeing a ghost:
“O day and night, this is wondrous strange!”
We may all do well to remember Hamlet’s reply:
“And therefore as a stranger give it welcome. There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.”
Ultimately, whatever the truth about his claims of ET visitations, Mitchell entreats us to become better stewards of our planet, and promotes a sense universal fellowship, with all creatures. As he once said, recalling seeing whales up-close on a visit to the Antarctic:
“We are all friends, we are one — we are just a little bit of a different shape.” surphace end –>

Jesse expressed concern to me, in one of our phone conversations, about a lady who has terminal cancer and who wished to hear from him just one time. He could not phone her…due to security reasons. However, he had offered to autograph a photo. So, I scanned and printed a beautiful photo of Elvis for him to autograph for her. When I sent the photo to him for his autograph, I enclosed also a gold foil Elvis greeting card in case Jesse wanted to write anything to her. While he did not write her a personal note, he did autograph the inside of the card. I received the photo and the card from Jesse on Monday of this week. Before I mailed them along to the lady, I did scan just the greeting card in order that I may share it with my visitors. Below you will see the card in it’s entirety. You will see the autograph which was written by Elvis/Jesse within the last two weeks. I know this lady is going to be thrilled when she receives the autographed photo and card. I hope all of you will enjoy seeing his current autograph to her too.
Note, too, that the card which I sent to him was manufactured in 1983…years after August 16, 1977.

I want to share the Edgar Cayce Thought for the Day today because it so closely parallels the lyrics in the Elvis song “Life”. I believe that this is the philosophy by which Elvis/Jesse lived / lives his life.
![]() ![]() ![]() |
Think on This …
. . . in love all life is given, in love all things move. In giving one attains. In giving one acquires. In giving love comes as the fulfillment of desire, guided, directed, in the ways that bring the more perfect knowledge of application of self as related to the universal, all powerful, all guiding, all divine influence in life–or it is life.
Edgar Cayce Reading 345-1
“Life” is not one of Elvis’s most well known songs…but is one of the very most poignant and beautiful. Below is a link to this song on YouTube. I hope everyone will visit this video and enjoy this magnificent performance of this most inspirational of songs.
This video is owned by bigbadandrew . I thank this person so very much for sharing this lovely video and song.
It is also interesting to note (if my memory serves me correctly) that the memorial marker for Jesse at Graceland has the name mis-spelled as Jessie. Jesse also told me that he had the extra A put on Aaron to stand for “alive”.
Update:
My friend, Susan, just Emailed me the image of the memorial marker for Jesse at Graceland showing that it does have the extra letter “i” in the name. I thank Susan so much for validating my memory. See the image below:

My friend, Betty, shared Larry Geller’s newsletter for February with me recently. It so perfectly backs up what I have been trying to explain to people about Elvis and Jesse. So, I am going to display Larry’s newsletter in it’s entirety.
I do hope that Larry won’t be offended that I am using his newsletter on my web site. He and I have never had any contact whatsoever. However, he is one of my very favorite people from Elvis’s life and I love and respect Larry very much. I feel so grateful for the friend that he has always been to Elvis and for all the wonderful things he has shared with us all over the years.
Please do read this several times and take in the meaning of Larry’s words and the timing of his newsletter article about Jesse Garon.

The Mystery of Jesse Garon
What is my role, my duty, my goal, amidst this bewildering breathtaking
drama in which I find myself involved? The life and death of his stillborn twin brother, Jesse Garon, was a precious mystery to Elvis, an indelible part of his life. But then, Elvis was always intrigued by the mystery that lay at the heart of all existence. When it came to Jesse Garon, he told me that as a child he would talk about him to anyone who would listen. “I have a brother!” he announced proudly, telling everyone how close they were, and how they talked together all the time. At night as he lay in his bed, in the dark and silence of his room, he would have special conversations with Jesse, and later tell people what his brother had said to him. I knew Elvis had a stillborn twin brother; my own younger twin sisters had told me after they read a story about him in a movie magazine. It was only after we met in April of 1964, that I came to realize how deeply Elvis had been affected by this unfulfilled relationship. “I’ll tell ya Larry, being a twin has always been a mystery for me. I mean, we were in our mother’s womb together, so why was he born dead and not me? He never even got his chance to live. Think about it, why me? Why was I the one that was chosen? An’ I’ve always wondered what would’ve been if he had lived, I really have. These kinds of questions tear my head up. There’s got to be reasons for all this.” This was our very first conversation. I was a virtual stranger, yet for some reason Elvis felt that he wanted to bare his soul about Jesse Garon. I learned over the years that this was one aspect of his life he rarely if ever spoke about. But on this particular afternoon he opened the floodgates freely, revealing something so intimate that it was obvious that he was deeply burdened by the notion that he might have survived at the expense of his twin. Elvis sat in silence for a moment with his eyes fixed on the ground, then looked up at me. “Larry, listen, I’m going to tell you something, and it might even sound strange, but it’s something I’ve secretly thought about before. Maybe, maybe it was me. Maybe it was something I did, ya know? Who knows, maybe when we were in the womb together we were fighting like Jacob and his twin like it says in the Bible. Man that story always stuck with me. Maybe I was like Jacob who tried to stop his brother from being born first. Hey, I’m just saying…anything’s possible.” I learned so much about Elvis that first afternoon; his freedom of expression, his willingness to explore, and most of all his vulnerability. And I’ve always felt that all during his life he reached out for the brother he never had the chance to know; the seed was always there. He called us his “family.” Yet at all times, even when he felt betrayed, he felt a deep concern for the very ones who hurt him most. And in a curious way the guys were a composite of his twin – but never really a replacement. It wasn’t until 1977, just a few months before Elvis’ death that I heard him bring up Jesse after all those years. Elvis was so open; he loved to talk about anything under the sun. From sex, politics or religion, to intimate details about family, friends, wives, girl friends, co-workers and private thoughts and feelings about his career and his own life, nothing was out of bounds. But I can’t remember his ever really talking about Jesse Garon…not until one day in the spring while we were on tour. I entered his room while he was still in bed. “Lawrence”, Elvis declared excitedly, “You won’t believe the dream I just had. Man, it was so real. An’ I can’t remember dreaming about my brother Jesse Garon since I was a little kid. But there we were together – on stage. Seemed like thousands of people in the audience, and they were screaming at us. It was wild! We were dressed alike, wearing identical white jumpsuits, and we were both playing matching guitars slung around our shoulders. . There were two blue spotlights, one shining on him, one on me. An’ I kept looking at him, and man, he was the spitting image of me. I’ll tell you something else Lawrence…” Elvis grinned. “Jesse had a way better voice than me.” * * * * * * * *

Below I am displaying a gorgeous photo of Elvis taken in Charlotte, North Carolina on Feb. 20, 1977. I LOVEthis photo and I think everyone will enjoy seeing it.
This photo is shared through the generosity of Ron.
I want everyone to take note of how gorgeous he looked just 4 months before his “farewell tour” which was filmed by CBS. It has always been my contention that he deliberately chose to look unhealthy during that last tour in order that people would buy the story that he “died”. There are medications which can make one look bloated and when the medications are discontinued the bloating disappears.
As you can see in the following two photos taken between the June tour and August 16, 1977, he was no longer bloated in appearance.
As I wrote above this is my theory. I am still in the process of reading Dr. Nick’s book which was released a little over a year ago. In there, he spells out in detail how sick Elvis was and what caused his bloating. Jesse did write about his health problems too…so I may be wrong in my theory.
I have never asked Jesse a single question about any of this and I won’t. I always let him tell me what he wants me to know…I never have and never will pry.
I plan to add several excerpts from Dr. Nick’s book which show that the words which Jesse wrote in his letters for his book about his life prior to August 16, 1977 exactly line up with Dr. Nick’s account of how depressed, ill and troubled Elvis was at that time.
Dr. Nick wrote on page #116 “The tour had been exceptionally stressful for Elvis, who had been fighting depression from the beginning.” This was referring to the spring tour of 1977.
Someone who was a close associate and friend of Elvis’s before 1977 called me in the early days of my friendship with Elvis…this person remains his friend today. He explained to me that Elvis felt like he was “loosing his mind” back in 1977 before he left us. One can certainly see and understand why he felt that way when looking back over the things that were going on during that year leading up to August. Jesse wrote that he was in misery the last two years of his life as Elvis.
Below is a quote from Dr. Nick’s book which paints a picture of some of that terrible time for Elvis leading up to the “farewell” tour…page #120. Dr. Nick’s book may be purchased at Amazon.com among other sources. Below is the information about the book from Amazon.com. Reading this book is a sad time for those of us who love Elvis the man so much…not the image. My heart breaks for all that he had to endure. I am not suggesting this book as it is not a pleasant read. However, I do admire and respect Dr. Nick very much. His book is very informative and certainly does help to clear up a lot of the misconceptions which have been out there for so long regarding Elvis’s “death” and the circumstances of Elvis’s life. Also, Dr. Nick has been misjudged and treated so very unfairly by the media, public opinion, and the legal system. He has always been a true friend to Elvis.

The following is from page #120 of Dr. Nick’s book.
Dr. Nick and I are in total agreement about the despicable Geraldo Rivera and his hatchet report on Elvis and Dr. Nick. Words cannot express my distaste for this so called “investigative reporter”.
The joke is on Geraldo because he and his 20/20 team spent so much time in Memphis investigating the death of Elvis and did come to the conclusion that there was a cover-up…but they did not even discover that the cover-up was that Elvis did not die. What a nasty, egotistical, inept little man Geraldo is. I believe this is the reason that Joe so blatantly made his comment “…and that’s how Elvis feels about this situation.” on Geraldo’s show in June, 1990. It is right there on film for the world to see that Geraldo did not even bat an eye when Joe said this…did not even catch it. Certainly makes a fool of Geraldo, doesn’t it!
The following is another quote from Dr. Nick’s book speaking of April, 1977. This details only a few of the unpleasant aspects of Elvis’s life leading up to August 16th.
This is from page # 117.

RoboCop statue coming to Detroit
10:02 AM, Feb 16, 2011

Written by
(DETROIT FREE PRESS) – Good news, sci-fi fans: RoboCop is headed to Detroit.
Just six days after raising donations on the Internet, a group of local artists and fans of the 1987 cult classic exceeded the fundraising goal of $50,000 this morning to build a larger-than-life sculpture of the crime-fighting cyborg.
With 1,500 donations and hundreds pouring in every day at www.detroitneedsrobocop.com , the group plans to continue raising money until the March 29 deadline to make the statue of “as big and good as possible,” said Detroit artist Jerry Paffendorf, who is helping raise donations.
“This could be a multi-hundred-thousand-dollar kickstarter,” Paffendorf said. “It’s remarkable.”
The statue has set off debates about the artistic value of a RoboCop statue. Some complain that the movie, about a dystopian, crime-ridden Detroit, would hurt the city’s image.
Others said it’s a fun way to bring more attention to the struggling, but resilient city.
Fundraising began last week after Detroit Mayor Dave Bing politely rejected a suggestion on Twitter that RoboCop would improve the city’s image. Although the Tweet was a joke from a New England computer technician, fans of RoboCop swarmed cyberspace to call for a statue.
If all goes as planned, a team of skilled sculptures, including Bjork’s husband Matthew Barney, who volunteered to help, will erect the sculpture at Imagination Station, an outdoor art project co-founded by Paffendorf near the abandoned Michigan Central Station just off Michigan Avenue.
Paffendorf and other local artists hope RoboCop is just the beginning of a series of public art installations.
“With all of this publicity, we have a big opportunity to extend this to other projects in Detroit,” Paffendorf said.
Supporters of the statue got a big boost Tuesday when San Francisco businessman, Pete Hottelet, donated $25,000.
“Despite everything, we live in a great country, and every day, there’s an opportunity out there to do something awesome,” Hottelet, owner of Omni Consumer Products, told the Free Press. “You just have to find it.”

There is another of Gail Brewer-Giorgio’s books listed for sale on Ebay for those who may wish to delve into more information. This book sale will abide by Jesse’s wish “I don’t want that woman to make any more money off of me.” because this is not an original sale of this book. Only the Ebay seller will profit from this sale.
I will point out, though, that Jesse said that the would not stand by allow people like Gail to tell things which are not fact about him. I have to believe that she pushed too far in her later books and that he would not have minded if she had stopped with her original book and the one TV show with Bill Bixby. He was supportive of her when he phoned her in October, 1988…telling her that he would send ammunition. He followed through by having his cousin Gene Smith call Gail. Gene told Gail that if she had the handwriting on the death report analyzed, it would prove that it was filled out by Elvis himself in his own handwriting. The analysis did prove exactly that.

HAPPY PRESIDENT’S DAY!!
Below are two excerpts from an article titled:
Top Five: Presidential moments in pop culture
I love the fact that the author of this article included two out of the five which involve Elvis. Here is the link to the article if you care to read the other three events: www.mercurynews.com/entertainment/ci_17415869
Below are the segments about the two moments which involved Elvis:
Clinton’s “Heartbreak Hotel”
In June 1992, Bill Clinton was trailing in the polls. So what’s a man to do? Go on the “Arsenio Hall Show,” of course. Wearing dark sunglasses, Clinton surprised the crowd by playing “Heartbreak Hotel” on his saxophone. Clinton won in November, and that “Arsenio” moment will forever be remembered as a turning point in the election.
Nixon and the King
Perhaps the strangest presidential pop culture photo to hit the papers is the one of the 1970 meeting between President Richard Nixon and music legend Elvis Presley. Nixon, in a formal suit and tie, shakes hands with Presley, in a black, butterfly collar suit and a bejeweled belt. The photo is the most requested in the National Archives and the visit was made after Presley requested to be a “Federal Agent-At-Large” for the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs.

My dear friend, M. J., brought my attention to the photo below of Elvis in “Blue Hawaii” in which you can see a good comparison to the photo of Jesse with Benjamin:

Yesterday I received several Emails from a new acquaintance which I enjoyed and found very gratifying in that she has begun to recognize the Orion Pictures movie clues herself. I am sharing excerpts from her Emails below. I hope this will inspire others to begin their own search in order that they can prove the truth of my site to themselves.I thank Michele from S. C. very much for her permission to share her observations on my site:
Hello,
I read your web site almost daily, so I hope you don’t me emailing you something I noticed last night. I’m pretty sure I haven’t seen it on your page yet. Last night, I was watching Silence of the Lambs (1990). We just bought the DVD at Wal-Mart in $5 bin, and I haven’t seen it in years. When the movie started and I noticed it was an Orion production, I decided to watch for “Elvis connections.” Besides being focused on FBI agents and police, a major turning point of the movie is when Dr. Lector is transferred to (drum roll……) Memphis! They transfer him when the senator says she will meet with him. Once in Memphis, they show the Shelby County Courthouse and feature Memphis police officers. How cool is that?
Michele
My footnote: If I recall correctly, the same type of Memphis EMT ambulance which carried Elvis to the hospital is also shown in the movie. I haven’t watched this movie in many years….so my recollection of that may be wrong.
From another of Michele’s Emails:
Hey Linda,
I was about to write you back too! I meant to mention that I know that you have written about the Jerry Lee Lewis biopic“Great Balls of Fire,” but I don’t think you’ve mentioned that Memphis Mafia member Jerry Schilling was in the production crew. I watched “GB of F” last night on Encore and I noticed that.
My Footnote: Yes, Jerry comes up very often in movies relating to Elvis, etc. It is most significant that Jerry was involved in an Orion Pictures movie. Jerry was involved in the movie Heartbreak Hotel which showed the comment “Thanks in advance to J. B.” on the back of the soundtrack album cover. Jesse has never mentioned Jerry to me as being one of the few people who know for sure that he is alive and is Jesse now. There are several who I do know for a fact are still friends and in contact with him. But, I will never reveal the name of any person in contact with him as I don’t ever want to cause anyone to be disturbed. I only mention the names of those who Jesse himself wrote about in his book.
1989 Great Balls of Fire! (technical advisor) 1988 Heartbreak Hotel (executive advisor) 1981 This Is Elvis (consultant) 1972 Elvis on Tour (documentary) (assistant: Elvis Presley)
Michele continued in this same Email:
Here’s something neat too that I noticed a while back. I have no idea what it all means, but I think it is pretty cool. I’m a huge George Strait fan, but of course I’m a way bigger Elvis fan! lol… Anyway, I was watching “Pure Country” a few months ago and I started noticing some Elvis parallels. I hope I’m not leaving out any of them because there are so many of them.
1) The movie centers around the following places: Shreveport, LA (where Elvis got his start on the Hayride and the location of the concert that George’s character misses after the fight with his manager), Texas (where Elvis did his basic training and the home of the ranch family in the movie where George’s character stays to re-discover what he has been missing in life), and finally George’s character gives the final concert of the film in Elvis’ second home of Las Vegas.
2) It was Tom Parker’s idea for George to do a movie. Here’s the link to two great articles that explains the Parker connection. http://www.purecountryonbroadway.com/Resources/country_weekly_articleaa.pdfhttp://straitfever.homestead.com/PureCountryMemories.html
3) There’s a scene in the movie where George’s character, Dusty Wyatt Chandler, goes and visits his parents’ graves that is similar to Elvis’ “Loving You” grave scene.
4) The man who produced the soundtrack is Tony Brown. He became and is still Strait’s producer. Tony Brown played piano for Elvis on tour towards the end of the 70s and played the piano on the live album from Graceland.
5) There’s a story that George and John Doe’s characters tell about a man at a carnival who “kept turning up the fire” on a dancing chicken. Parker was rumored to have done that during his barker days. I think that story is told on the Elvis and the Colonel DVD from the series “Elvis – 25th
Anniversary Edition/The Definitive Collection.”
6) John Doe is also in the Orion movie “Great Balls of Fire.”
7) It is just “weird” knowing that the Colonel might have been pulling the strings on this movie. Plot summary: Singer who is tired of the “smoke and the lights” escapes. He shaves his beard and starts telling people his name is Wyatt instead of his stage name of Dusty to get away from it all be treated like a normal person.
Michele has added this also: Oh I forgot to include something in the Pure Country list that is pretty weird. Part of the plot of PC is that Dusty’s manager just plugs in a member of the road crew as Dusty and has him perform on stage with the lights low and the music blaring after Dusty disappears. As Earl says in the movie, they just “cranked up the fire on another dancin’ chicken.” Depending on how much Parker had to do with the movie, it sounds like the Elvis/Orion thing.
My footnote:
I bought and watched this same movie several months ago and noticed all of the same things which Michele did. Plus in the movie the crew wore red jackets during the show…the very same as those worn by Elvis’s men on tour. I loved the movie so much that I sent the movie on to Jesse to watch too. I am sure that he was already aware and familiar with it…but I wanted to share it with him.
Everything which Michele wrote above is true and was the reason that I loved the movie so much. Below is a link on which you may watch the trailer for this wonderful movie and you will see some of the Elvis correlations just in this short trailer.
There are two other Elvis and Orion Pictures correlations regarding this movie which are not mentioned above. I will outline these facts below:
(1) This is a Warner Brothers production and Warner Brothers was a working partner with Orion Pictures back in their earlier days. Warner Brothers produced the movie “This Is Elvis“. There were some questions voiced back when that movie came out as to why it was done by Warner Brothers when Elvis had not worked for them. The connection, of course, was their working relationship with Orion Pictures at the time that “This Is Elvis” was filmed and released. Below is a link where you may read about their relationship.
Orion Pictures
![]() ![]() ![]() Background: Orion was first known as the Orion Pictures Company, that was first started in 1978 as a joint between Warner Bros. Pictures and three former executives of United Artists: Arthur B. Krim, Eric Pleskow, and Robert S. Benjamin. Orion was initially ran under Warner Communications (now TimeWarner) for a while. In 1982, Orion bought Filmways, Inc., after Orion was unhappy with distribution agreements with Warner Communications in the end of 1981.
“This is Elvis” was released by Warner Brothers in April, 1981 as shown below from IMDB.com atwww.imdb.com/title/tt0083193/
This Is Elvis (1981)
The rare personal films never before seen by the public… In the taped telephone conversation of Elvis speaking (around 1981) which was released with Gail’s first book, Elvis speaks of not liking the way he was portrayed in some recent movies. I think that he was probably referring to the Dick Clark movie with Kurt Russell. I have never asked Jesse about my theory on “This Is Elvis” but here is what I think: I think that because he was unhappy with the Dick Clark production…saying “I wish they had asked me before they did it.” (referring to the fact that some of his own men were involved in the making of the Dick Clark movie.) Here is an excerpt from Kurt Russell’s biography on IMDB.com: Kurt Russell landed a part in the Elvis Presley movie, It Happened at the World’s Fair (1963) when he was 10 years old. In 1979, he gave a classic performance as Elvis Presley in John Carpenter‘s ABC-TV movie. You can view this article at: www.imdb.com/name/nm0000621/bio Those who have read Dr. Nick’s book will recall that ABC, 20/20 and Geraldo Rivera were the villans who initiated the lies about the drug related “death” of Elvis. It was intended by Elvis and those who were invovled in his reported “death” to have the public understand that it was a natural death from heart arrthymia. But, those egotistical self-serving jerks from ABC set out to make a name for themselves. They ended up tainting the image of Elvis and destroying Dr. Nick’s career and took a tremendous toll on his health and his life. It is worth reading Dr. Nick’s book just to see the truth behind their unethical actions and the trickle down effect their trash had on Dr. Nick’s life and Elvis’s image. Anyway, my point is that this could have been another reason why Elvis was critical of the movie produced by ABC. It is my belief that “This Is Elvis” was produced and released as a rebuttal to the ABC Dick Clark production. When I see the title, I always read it as “THIS (by God) IS Elvis!!!!”. Again, this is absolutely nothing more than my own theory…I have not asked Jesse about this. But, Jesse did tell me once in a phone conversation that Dick Clark had a reward for anyone proving that he is alive…I believe Jesse said it was for $1 million. (2) “Pure Country” was produced by Jerry Weintraub Productions as shown below from IMDB.com
Company Credits Production Co:Jerry Weintraub Productions, Warner Bros. Pictures Jerry Weintraub handled booking the venues for Elvis’s concerts. You may recall the article about him which I posted several months ago. Here is the article from my web site on my Current News and Events Page #3 athttps://lindahoodsigmonstruth.com/page49 regarding Mr. Weintraub.
Producer Jerry Weintraub’s highs and lows in HollywoodLast Updated: 3:27 AM, February 27, 2010
Posted: 12:22 AM, February 27, 2010
Jerry Weintraub broke up a fight at Elvis Presley’s funeral, wooed Julia Roberts with $20, and played party planner to George H.W. Bush during the producer’s more than 50 years in Hollywood.
In his new memoir, “When I Stop Talking, You’ll Know I’m Dead,” due out in April, Weintraub details his highs, lows and moments of comeuppance as a film producer and manager of Presley, Frank Sinatra and John Denver, to name a few.
His story details how:
* At Presley’s funeral, his father, Vernon, and his manager, Col. Tom Parker, argued about whether it was appropriate to sell Elvis-themed mementos to mourners in the street. Weintraub relates, “I got between them and said something like, ‘What’s wrong with you guys? The body’s in the next room. We’re about to leave for the funeral. Have some respect.’

Michele responded in another Email after I sent her my above article about Mr. Weintraub:
Wow. That is really neat. To me, it only means two things. Either the Col. was the world’s biggest ass or he knew that Elvis had faked his death. I had totally forgotten that I had heard the name Jerry Weintraub before until you mentioned the title of his book. A few months ago, I was looking up Elvis’ videos on YouTube and I found this one from Weintraub. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_oGoOTL_g0 It is pretty cool.
My Footnote:
Don’t forget that in his book, Elvis/Jesse mentioned several times that Col. Parker was the mastermind behind his faking his death to get away. He said that the Col. took the secret to his grave. However, back after Gail Brewer-Giorgio’s book was the New York Times bestseller and she was on all of the major talk shows…including Larry King, Geraldo, etc….Col. Parker is reported to have said during an interview on a local TV morning news show in California: “Elvis wanted a way out and I showed him how to do it.” I do not have a tape of that interview but a lady wrote to either Gail or myself when that interview aired saying that she had seen it. I am sorry that I cannot recall for sure if the lady wrote to Gail or if she wrote to me about it after I started my own newsletter. I have spoken with another person who also saw that interview.
I know this is a very long article. But, I do believe it will be well worth the time of my visitors to read and check out the links to prove all of this to themselves. Anyone who doubts the truth of my web site, should just use my material as a foundation for their own search for the truth. I promise that everything on my site will check out and be substantiated.

Here is another comparison photo of Elvis side by side with the photo of Jesse:
Please take note of the chin, the lower lip and the facial bone structure. As Jesse spoke to me about the plastic surgery “I didn’t have that much done.”
Also, to refresh the topic, below are pages from the letter which he wrote to me when he sent me the photo in July, 1997 along with a photo of the gift which he sent me and about which he wrote in the last page of the letter below :

Below is the gold face of Jesus which Elvis/Jesse sent to me, about which he wrote in his letter above. He sent this to me in the same package as the photo of him with Benjamin. That took place in July 1997. I thank him from the bottom of my heart for this beautiful and special gift.

Elvis Presley Age Progressed to his current age of 72 for the Fox and Friends morning show on Fox News on Jan. 8, 2007
As you can see, Jesse looks much better than this!!! But, the lines on the lower face from the cheeks to the chin are the same. This photo is to age 72 while Elvis/Jesse was only 59 in our photo of him with Benjamin.

Below is another interview in which Elvis told the person how much he wanted to be away from it all and have some private time. Once again substantiating the fact that he wanted to change the way he was living in 1977.
This interview is with a cousin of the Stanley boys who visited Graceland often when she was a girl and remained friends with Elvis later on. You may see the site from which this article was taken below at the end of this article.
“Teresa’s trips to Graceland ended in 1969, when at 18 she married Roy Wallace. (In a twist of fate, Roy’s father was Sim Wallace, Elvis’ sergeant in Germany.) Vernon and Dee divorced, although they stayed good friends, Teresa says.
The Neelys and Elvis stayed in touch, however, and Teresa visited him at the Hilton when he played concerts in Huntsville. By the 1970s he was tiring of fame and yearned for a “regular” life, Teresa says. One of the last times Teresa saw Elvis was shortly before his death in 1977. He was gazing out the window of his room at the Hilton, looking wistfully at Big Spring Park.
“You know, honey,” he said, “I’ve got all this money, cars, airplanes, and I would give it all up to be able to walk alone in that park.”

Here is a very rare photo of Teresa with Elvis outside the front door at Graceland 1969 :

There is a new DVD becoming available of an animated movie which came last year. The hero in the movie is based on Elvis!! Once again, “…the hero in the comic books“. I Have not seen this movie, so I am hoping that it is done in a very respectful way to Elvis. From the interview about Brad Pitt below , I believe that it is.
EXCLUSIVE: Brad Pitt Channeled Elvis Presley for ‘Megamind’ Role
By Hollie McKay

And according to director Tom McGrath, Pitt channeled his inner Elvis to play the smooth and swanky role.
“When he approached this character, it was like playing off as Elvis Presley….”
“…The 46-year-old actor (and internationally-renowned heartthrob) lent his voice to play the role of Metro Mind, a superhero propelled to battle it out against supervillian Megamind in the highly-anticipated, highly satirical family flick.
<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>I want to cover a topic again about which I wrote above a few days ago. I want to do this because this is probably the single biggest proof that Elvis/Jesse was perhaps a “silent partner” in Orion Pictures. In 1981, Warner Brothers filmed and distributed the movie THIS IS ELVIS. At that time they were still co-founders of Orion. As you will see below. Obviously, it would have been too “in your face” to have done THIS IS ELVIS directly by Orion Pictures. But this is the next best thing. Please do stop and digest this information and take it into account.
Again, in his 1981 phone conversation, Elvis/Jesse expressed displeasure with the way he had been portrayed recently. I have always believed that THIS IS ELVIS was made per his wishes. The title says it all This IS Elvis. Below are documentation of the facts about the move, Orion Pictures and Warner Brothers in 1981 when this movie was filmed and released. Take note that actual filming was done at and inside Graceland. Joe Esposito and Jerry Schilling were very much involved in the making of this movie. Remember that Jesse wrote in his book that Col. Parker chose Joe out of all the people who worked for him to help with pulling off August 16th. Below are several excerpts from Jesse’s handwritten letters to Dr. Hinton. I do fully know that Joe has denounced Jesse and the book. I can only guess that he was saying this to protect Jesse and also, perhaps, because he wanted to be the one to write the book about Elvis and his life after 1977. This is copied from my rough draft of the book: Also, he wrote the following again mentioning Joe and Jerry Schilling as well. The topic of this note was about a Mr. Cooper who had made a wax dummy of Elvis years before 1977 and Elvis/Jesse was fascinated by it and asked Mr. Cooper if he could (in strict confidence) make another for himself. You will see that Elvis had been thinking of doing this since 1974. This is where the below note picks up:
I love, admire and respect Joe and Dr. Nick so very much. When I point out the inconsistencies in their stories and accounts of the events of August 16th, 1977, I do not do so to cause them any problems nor embarrassment. I feel that, in order to substantiate the truth on my site, these facts cannot be ignored. I have more information which I do plan to display proving the cover-up on that day. Filming locations for

Michele in S. C. emailed me and made me aware of a fantastic web site on which one may look up a book and read limited previews from that book based on a search done for a key word in the book. I haven’t had time to explore it just yet very much. But, I did just visit there and looked up Dr. Nick’s book – THE KING AND DR. NICK @ www.books.google.com.
Once you locate the book in which you are interested, you may then look up the key words. There is such a wealth of information from Dr. Nick’s book on this site. You can even read entire pages and scroll down to the next page in some cases. I suggest that you look up the following first: Ginger Alden and her contact with a reporter at The National Enquirer before Elvis even gave her the engagement ring on page #140 plus the phone calls she made to the National Enquirer at 1:30 alerting them to a breaking news story at Graceland and then another call at 2:30 telling the National Enquirer that Elvis was dead on August 16th. Also, the fact that she agreed to give them an exclusive interview the day after Elvis died for $110,000 which was knocked down to $35,000 after she broke their agreement for her speaking with them exclusively – also see what she did on August 16th on page #13 at the very top about her makeup. Also Ginger had an on-going contact with a reporter at the National Enquirer even back before Elvis gave her the much debated “engagement” ring; then look up Rick and David Stanley and see where they were and what they were doing on August 16th when at least one of them was supposed to be at Graceland and neither of them were there…once again proving that they have lied when saying Elvis is dead because they were “there”; also look up the term “dead body” on page #15 and read that Dr. Nick states that it is illegal for the paramedics to remove a dead body and that they are required to call the police (thus disproving what Joe has stated about rigor mortis). You will be amazed how much you can find on this site about Dr. Nick’s book as well as links to purchase it at good prices. This site gives previews only of Dr. Nick’s book so you cannot read the entire book on this site. But, you can learn a lot from looking up just some key words.
Once you read about Ginger, you will understand why Jesse wrote in the book that he chose the most naive person he knew to find him and that she almost waited too long. Guess putting on her makeup and fixing her hair slowed her down from telling anyone in the house that Elvis was having trouble.
At first, I didn’t recommend Dr. Nick’s book because I felt so sad reading about Elvis’s health and other problems. But, now that I am almost finished with it, I do now recommend it. Everyone needs to read the truth about some of the people around Elvis and the truth about the horrible injustice which was done to Dr. Nick by ABC, Geraldo and their connections with the medical board, etc.
Dr. Nick should be considered a hero by everyone who loves Elvis.

Above I mentioned an interview with Nancy Rooks, Elvis’s maid, in which she mentioned Elvis saying that the August, 1977 tour would be his last if he made it through it. Then he spoke of planning to do movie work later on.
A friend, Noddy, sent me a typed transcript of an interview between Nancy and Joe Krein. I scrolled through that typed version quickly and I do not see the quote which I referenced. So, I did a search for interviews with Nancy and came across this same interview accompanied by the actual verbal audio to which one may listen. I do believe that this is the same interview which I recall…but as I said, I don’t see the comment which I recall and I haven’t the time right now to listen to the entire interview. I hope that Mr. Krein has not edited out that portion of the interview because I have mentioned this earlier. Mr. Krein has been very pleasant to me personally but he is affiliated with Lee Dawson at Elvis Express who has attacked me because I posted on Mr. Krein’s guestbook. At any rate, here is the link to the interview in order that everyone may visit and listen and read if they wish.

UPDATE – MONDAY FEBRUARY 28, 2011
Regarding the segment which I wrote above pertaining to the fact that Nancy Rooks stated in an interview with Joe Krein that Elvis told her that if he made it through the August 16, 1977 tour that it would be his last tour…that he was going to take some time off and when he came back he would do movie work: Mr. Krein tracked down the interview to which I was referring. It was not the one to which I posted the link above. Mr. Krein advised me tonight that the correct link is the following one where you may hear Nancy’s comment.
I want to make sure that everyone understands that Mr. Krein did NOT edit it from the interview which I posted above. Also, please understand that Mr. Krein does not support me nor my truth at all. He only sent me this link to clear up the misconception that he may have edited the interview to delete this comment.
My reason for emphasizing this comment is due to the fact that Elvis/Jesse told me that I am correct in having my information on the Orion the singer and the Orion Pictures movies on my site. Orion Pictures and also his work as John Burrows/Burroughs as Unit Production Manager in other movies is the fulfillment of what he told Nancy that he was going to do.

Jesse phoned me about an hour ago and we had such a good visit. He said he had several things he wanted to tell me which I could put on my site if I wanted to. Of course, I do want to share them with everyone. My deepest heartfelt thanks to Jesse for sharing these memories with me and for allowing me to share them on my web site.
They both have to do with Numerology:
The first thing I want to share is that he said that he did not choose the numbers on the Lisa Marie plane. It was just a happy event of synchronicity that the numbers 88 were assigned to his plane. I always assumed that Elvis had chosen the two number 8’s because of his being born on the 8th and that being his “number“.
Also, it has even more significance…twins born on the 8th thus 2 8’s. Not to mention the correlation to the date 8-16-1977 (1 x 8, 2 x 8, 3 x 8).
This is just my own observation: Also, speaking of synchronicity involving the 8’s, how many have ever stopped to think that it was 1988 when the book Is Elvis Alive? became a New York Times bestseller and had everyone talking about the possibility that Elvis did not die? How neat is that?! The two 8’s for Elvis and Jesse!!
Below you will see an explanation about the plane’s numbers. I never knew this until he told me tonight. I did the search below so that I could properly show you the truth behind what he told me tonight.
Delta N8809E became Elvis Presley’s Lisa Marie, N880EP.
Below is the second memory which Jesse shared for all of us tonight:
As many of us know, John Lennon was a huge Elvis fan. He has spoken several things about Elvis which many of us have read. The most famous of which is “Before Elvis, there was nothing.” And many of us are familiar with the famous visit which the Beatles paid to Elvis in his Bel Air home on August 27, 1965. But, the story which Jesse told me tonight is one that I have never heard nor read anywhere and I am certain that no else has either. Jesse told me that at least one person who was with him back in the 70’s knows about this event. He told me this person’s name. This is a person who I greatly respect and admire and I will not publish his name here as I do not want him to be bothered.
In the 1970’s, Elvis allowed John Lennon to phone him at Graceland. The reason for the call was because Yoko was so very interested in Numerology and Astrology and John wanted to pick Elvis’s brain about those two topics for Yoko.
Jesse said that John Lennon was born on the 9th of a month…but that he wanted to become a number 8 in order to be like Elvis. Elvis/Jesse told him that the 8 was not a good number for him. Jesse said that five years later, John was killed on the 8th day of December, 1980. Jesse said he should have just stayed home on the 8th of every month.
Jesse also said that if you add the digits in the year of John’s death (1980) it equals the number 9 which was John’s birthday number.
Jesse also thinks it is interesting that he, himself, was born on the 8th day of the first month of the year and John was killed on the 8th day of the last month of the year.
As my own personal observation, I would like to add that the date of the visit between them was on the 27th day of August, 1965…thus occurring on a number 9 day for John which was his “lucky day“.

“Nothing really affected meuntil I heard Elvis. If therehadn’t been an Elvis, therewouldn’t have been a
Beatles.”
I send Jesse a huge hug for sharing all of this with me tonight. Words cannot express how much he means to me.

I have just spent well over an hour composing a message and attempting to post it on a Topix thread of which I just became aware this morning through a Google news alert…which, by the way, is how I became aware of the Topix thread to which I directed my visitors recently above.
I have attempted to post this message several times…once in it’s entirety which was refused because it had over 4,000 characters. So, I broke it down into three segments and attempted to post it that way. I did not get any “red letter” refusals, but I also don’t see my comment appearing on the thread, so I don’t know if my message will ever show up on there or not.
However, the things which I wrote on there are things which I feel every Elvis fan needs to read and understand. I will insert the link to the Topix thread below as well as my message in it’s entirety. I do hope everyone will read my message and take time to digest my words and take them into your heart to feel total love and compassion for Elvis in his decision to “retire” and live out the rest of his life as Jesse.
